The only problem for me is that just in front of the hotel there were two benches where some "strange" people gathered and the police was permwnatky there. Two of these " strange" people were arrested during the day.

Aankomst en dan met name je aan je lot overlaten ondanks dat de booking is bevestigd, maar blijkbaar niet in het systeem stond. Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij emma next, tot op heden nog geen reactie

Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Drogenscene. Man wird nicht angesprochen, aber es kommt die ganze Nacht über zu starken Lärmbelästigungen. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich. Für den Online-Check-In wurde ich vom Hotel per WhatsApp und E-Mail kontaktiert und es wurden für den Check-In Kreditkartendaten abgefragt, ohne die ein Check-In nicht möglich war. Die Abfrage läuft über einen KI-Chatbot (AI-Chatbot). 6 Stunden, nach dem ich ausgescheckt bin, wurde mehrmals versucht von meiner Kreditkarte Beträge abzurufen aus dem osteuropäischen Raum, die aber von meiner Bank abgelehnt wurden, da ich diese Länder gesperrt habe. Da ich ansonsten nirgendwo meine Kartendaten hinterlegt habe und aufgrund der sehr betrugsanfälligen (phishing) KI-Chatbots, ist der Betrug sehr wahrscheinlich auf den Check-In-Prozess zurückzuführen. Im Nachgang habe ich Bewertungen von anderen reisenden gesehen, denen das selbe passiert ist. Ich würde daher das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

It has a weird smell inside. The airco couldn’t switch off. There were strange druggies walking outside there at night and sitting right next to my window of the room, making a noise. You hear everything from that room. People going up and down the strairs. The towels also didn’t really smell that fresh.

entry system only geared for those with smart phones and data on them. One of our party did not have a smart phone, 2 others no data in europe. To expect everyone to be able to access this is not realistic. Inital member of staff was unhelpful in sorting out access however next day a different staff member printed key cards for rooms. A number code to enter the hotel then a way to print key cards on entry would be much better
Room very small and badly laid out. Bed on high platform - hard to access and if 2 in bed one had to roll over the other to get out. Bathroom seemed to take up too much space, and glass front not good for provacy if someone opened the door to the room Shower flooded bathroom and hall as no proper edge on it. Mirror did not have socket near it for drying hair and was also far too high on the wall. Light switches in incomvenient places and we could not find how to turn off the bathroom light at all
Room was very 'trendy' but seemed style over substance, it looked like 1 room had been cut in half to make 2 rooms

De matras in kamer 17 was onhygiënisch.
Kamer 5 zit aan de straatkant en heegt doorlegen matras en het was er luidruchtig 's nachts door dak- en thuislozen op het plein zelf.
Zepen en shampoo aanwezig maar ook lege verpakking.
Flesje water niet voorzien en geen koelkastje op kamers.

Temiz değildi. Yatağın kenarlarında hep kıl vardı..Partnerimin doğum günü için bir şeyler yapabilir misiniz diye sordum. Diğer tüm oteller ücretsiz bir çok sürpriz hazırlamışken burası 10 euro istedi. Sorun değil diyip ödedim ama gerçekten bir fiyasko ile karşılaştım. Yatağa bir kaç yapma gül yaprağı atmışlardı ve aşırı kötüydü..

Wel een wat te kleine kamer zonder mogelijkheid om ergens even te zitten alleen op het bed
De douche/ wc-ruimte was helemaal van glas en direct bij de ingang . Als je dus op de wc zat en iemand deed de deur open kon iedereen op de gang je zien zitten, geen prettig gevoel !
