Please be advised: to ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to check in at our sister hotel, Hotel Emma. It is located right the opposite of Hotel Unplugged, on Nieuwe Binnenweg 6 (2 minutes walks). You can self-check in there and start your stay at hotel emma next. Our host are there 24/7 hours at your disposal should you have any questions or they happily help you with what you need throughout the stay.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great Position
Pros:

The location is very central and perfect to reach all the main streets, the room has a good size dimension.

Cons:

I had some troubles with the app system to enter the room and I saw other guests experiencing the same, it is not always working, this can be improved.

The staff on site is helpful and friendly.
I had an issue outside reception hours and I had to contact the phone number and the situation was a bit different, as I was not really helped from there.
Luckily the reception on site opened and the guys found the best way to assist me.

Pros:

Nice location with a great price.
Breakfast was amazing.
The service at the hotel (someone was there) was great.

Pros:

Ik kwam 's avonds alleen aan, kon het niet vinden en werd buiten opgewacht door een medewerker van het personeel. Dat was echt top!

Cons:

Het uitzicht uit het raam, zat in de kelder. Maar de kamer was heel sfeervol :-)

Качество отеля совсем не соответствует цене.
Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное.

Cons:

Номер был чересчур маленький и очень неудобный, хотя при заказе картинка была совершенно другая. Вход в отель через приложение, что тоже не совсем удобно если к вечеру сел телефон. В номере не было даже полотенец для лица, а вместо них были маленькие для рук.

The Staff is friendly and helpful. LOCATION and breakfast are excellent.

Cons:

The room is tiny, 2x2 m.There are no chairs or table. The safe box doesn't work. The pillow is uncomfortable.

Het is ons 2e verblijf en wie weet tot volgend jaar :)
Pros:

De douche en het bed zijn echt super. En natuurlijk de locatie! Alles onder handbereik. Goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

Geen idee dat er wifi was. Konden geen code of iets dergelijks vinden. Kleine tip; de schuifdeur van de badkamer is aan de binnenkant enorm stoffig......
