Frühstück war gut, nettes Ambiente in dem Cafe
Das Personal im Emma next war teilweise sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten, was auf dem Foto gezeigt war. Das Zimmer war winzig, statt 2 Sesseln nur 1, kein Tisch.
Am 2 Tag konnten wir wechseln. Das war okay.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung, zentral gelegen.

Cons:

No wifi for the last 2 days of our stay but we were given virtual keys which depending on the wifi for opening the main door and the room door. No whatsapp informing us and the staff was there only for 9-6!! It was a horrible experience that we have to worry about our access to the hotel.
The location is convenient but the noise during midnight from the ground floor was unbearable.

Cons:

La struttura in sé ha un ottima qualità prezzo ed è molto carina all’interno, ma purtroppo la piazza di fronte all’ingresso è sempre frequentata da persone poco raccomandabili e molto sporca, quindi crea molto disagio entrare ed uscire dalla struttura.

Prima accommodatie maar volgende keer gaan we niet aan de straatkant slapen
Pros:

Alles was precies zoals verwacht op basis van de foto’s en de beschrijving dus op zich helemaal prima

Cons:

Het was flink warm in de kamer vandaar dat we de ramen open hadden in de nacht maar er was heel veel geschreeuw en gepraat gedurende de hele nacht waardoor ik eigenlijk slecht heb geslapen

great location; easy self service entry; great communication throughout the stay thru the app. Also the amenities in the small kitchen were nice to make use of.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also the number of charging points could be improved. My bed was up two steps from the room floor so maybe not suitable for someone with leg/back issues.

Pros:

La colazione nel bar vicino, con prodotto da forno fantastici. Gli arredi erano carini e nuovi e la vicinanza al corso principale.

Cons:

La piazza dove si trova l'hotel è frequentata assiduamente da spacciatori e tossicodipendenti che bighellonano in giro tutto il giorno proprio di fronte all'entrata. La camera è minuscola, senza un appoggio minimo per le valigie. Inoltre la pulizia è scarsa, polvere ovunque e sopratutto stanza PIENA di zanzare, cosa che non mi aspettavo di trovare a Rotterdam onestamente! Ne ho uccise circa 30 tra la notte e la mattina seguente, il che mi ha impedito di dormire. I cuscini sono piccolissimi e alti (connubio molto strano) e nonostante abbia scritto un messaggio per chiedere di cambiare, nessuno ha risposto.

Ik kwam voor werk. Het verblijf was helemaal prima. Heerlijk best, fijne douche en alles netjes.
Pros:

Mooie ligging. Vlakbij de metro en bij het Witte de wit gebied.

Cons:

De code voor de slaapkamerdeur deed het niet, maar dat heeft de host prima opgelost door een sleutel af te geven

Stanza confortevole, piccola ma funzionale. Abbastanza pulita.

Cons:

La colazione è servita presso un bar lì vicino, però attenzione all'orario, durante il weekend la servono dopo le 9 e ci è sembrato un po' tardi.

Altro fatto, assolutamente non imputabile all'hotel ma che forse deve essere precisato: in questi giorni c'erano sempre persone in determinate condizioni (forse homeless) proprio di fronte all'hotel, a volte anche sulle scalette. Non hanno mai causato fastidi né rumori ma il fatto di trovare le scalette di accesso all'hotel occupate può non essere piacevole
