To ensure a smooth check-in process, we strongly advise to provide our staff with your WhatsApp (phone) number before the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, we will send you a link that provides access to the property and your room via an application with two buttons. Check-in at the kiosk is not necessary anymore.
Without the digital key, you can gain access to the property by ringing the bell at the front door. A colleague will respond and open the door for you. You can self-check in on floor 0 in our coffee corner on the right.

Es war eine Kaffeküche vorhanden mit Kühlschrank.
Leider haben wir in zwei Zimmern Bettwanzen gefunden und bedauerlicherweise ist das Personal weder freundlich noch kompetent mit der Situation umgegangen. Somit entschieden wir uns für ein verlassen der Unterkunft. Die Abwicklung der Kosten für die Folgende Buchung war jedoch dann möglich.
Ωραίος άνετος χώρος σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Φιλική εξυπηρέτηση.

Presente un sala ristoro molto comoda di fronte alla reception fornita di stoviglie lavandino e frigo a disposizione. Possibilità di usare bollitore compresi infusi/te o macchina del caffè/cappuccino gratuitamente.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile (le ragazze in particolare), ad accogliere le mie richieste, ho chiesto di cambiare stanza o lasciare il bagaglio dopo il chek out.
La posizione non è male per distanza dai punti di interesse ma sulle scale della struttura si riuniscono personaggi problematici a dir poco... abbiamo assistito a risse e palesi scene di spaccio. A noi non è successo nulla ma se vai in vacanza potresti volere altra situazione.
La prima stanza era molto piccola al piano terra sul retro con vista cortile e uccello morto sulla recinzione.. ho chiesto di cambiare non avendo pagato per una basic e il ragazzo ha negato la richiesta; il giorno dopo la sua collega più gentile ha potuto risolvere ci ha dato una stanza al primo piano comunque piccola ma più confortevole.
