Please be advised: to ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to check in at our sister hotel, Hotel Emma. It is located right the opposite of Hotel Unplugged, on Nieuwe Binnenweg 6 (2 minutes walks). You can self-check in there and start your stay at hotel emma next. Our host are there 24/7 hours at your disposal should you have any questions or they happily help you with what you need throughout the stay.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Digitaal inchecken was lastig, personeel heeft geholpen, en in de nacht moest er iemand komen om ons binnen te laten. Het pasje van ons en onze vrienden 2 kamers, werkte niet.

Heel goed!

De locatie is top, je loopt zo het centrum in.
Ook de kamer was prima.

Cons:

Temperatuur in de kamer was erg hoog en niet naar beneden te krijgen.
Daarnaast is het donderdag studentenavond, dat is goed te horen op de kamers.

Geweldige lokatie, goed bed. Prijs kwaliteit klopt.
Pros:

De lokatie en het bed.
Prima voor 1 nacht. Lekker rustig qua geluiden. Raam kan open op de kamer. Parkeren met uitrijkaart voor €20 in parkeergarage vlakbij. Bij vertrek een gastvrije vriendelijke man.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst was degene die er zat te werken niet gastvrij. Niet onvriendelijk maar het hield niks over. We hadden 2 kamers geboekt. Op de ene kamer was een stoel naast het bed en de badkamer. De andere, net zo duur, had alleen een badkamer en een bed. Kleine ruimtes! De ene kamer was niet goed schoon. Haar aan de zeeppomp. Bij melden kregen we te horen dat de housekeeping de volgende zou komen maar dan waren we al weg. 'S nachts moet de voordeur open met de app. Was niet gezegd dus dachten dat de kamerkaarten niet werkten.

Niet veel alleen werd snachts wakker waar ik ergens een sigaretten lucht rook. Het leek uit het Hotel zelf te komen. Maar verder ik was heel tevreden
