Cons:

Nous avons demandé le ménage pour la chambre uniquement Les serviettes ont été changées : seule chose dont nous n’avions pas besoin.
Le café n’a pas été réapprovisionner les tasses non lavées.
Le frigo est vide.
Le petit déjeuner était très quelconque. les croissants n’étaient pas frais, pas de cake aux brownies, uniquement des œufs durs.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen. Huone vastasi odotuksia ja sijaitsi sopivasti rauhaisessa paikassa mukana olleen koiramme kanssa.

Cons:

Huone oli ilmeisesti jäänyt äskettäin siivoamatta koska hämähäkin verkkoja oli nurkissa näkyvissä.
Aamiaisen aikaan oli ilmeisesti liian vähän henkilökuntaa koska tarjoilu pääsi välillä pahasti loppumaan mm. astioita puuttui!

Viihtyisä hotelli ja ympäristö.
Pros:

Upea miljöö ja etenkin päärakennus. Aamupala oli hyvä. Illallisen pippuripihvi oli ensiluokkainen. Henkilökunta oli rempseän ystävällinen

Cons:

Sivurakennus kaipaa päivitystä. Osassa illallisen tarjoiluista melko matala suoritustaso ( maistelulautasen porosiivu oli suoraan leikkelepaketista)

Good location and worn out hotel
Pros:

Hotel is on great location, very close to Imatra rapids (which are running only on some days so we did not see them).

Cons:

Although the building is very nice hotel rooms (and whole interior of the hotel) are rather shabby and could use some refurbishing.
