Upea sijainti ja rakennus! Kiitoksia myös uuden puolen saunatiloista: siistiä, rauhallista, ja näköjään mäntykalusteetkin voivat patinoitua kauniisti. Aamiainen oli hyvä, erityiskehut ruispuurolle ruskistetun voin kera.

Really wonderful. I'll be back, I hope, and will stay longer.
Pros:

This is a very special place. A myth of an old resort on an ancient falls, which sadly is no longer anything but a wonderful myth. All of the common rooms are exceptional if sometimes empty, but there is fantasy in the air of grander times. The hotel itself has been kept up quite well; everything is in clean and well-attended to. My room was modest but perfect. It could not have been more comfortable. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, the food quite good, especially at breakfast. The sauna and pools, fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel was built on the assumption that it would be heavily used. Alas, the crowds are not what they once were, so one can't expect all of the services to be open. BUT: How about keeping the outside terrace open on beautiful evenings? How about a better bar service--one can't expect the staff at the counter to handle making cocktails as well as checking everyone in. More and creative celebration of your wonderful facilities please! Love music perhaps? Every magical hotel needs troubadours, no?

Lisäsiivessä yöpyminen ei ole hinnan arvoista

Hyvin ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä sijainti

Cons:

Yöpyminen (80-luvun siivessä) ei ollut hinnan arvoista. Huone oli kyllä siisti, mutta tavanomainen ja pieni, ilmastointia ei ollut ja kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut laskutilaa. Aamiainenkaan ei ollut mitenkään erityinen. Kaiken kaikkiaan 170 euron hinnalla ei saanut mitään parempaa kuin mitä saa huomattavasti halvemmalla isojen ketjujen standard-huoneissa.

Rakennus on kaunis ja tunnelmallinen. Lapset nauttivat kylpyammeesta.

Cons:

Huoneiden hinta on kohtuuttoman kallis siihen nähden että kyseessä rakennuksen ilmettä lukuun ottamatta perushotelli, eikä hintaan sisälly mitään erityistä. Aamupalalla siivosimme monen muun tapaan itse pöydistä astiat pois että pääsimme vapaaseen pöytään. (Ainakin kolme muuta perhettä teki saman aamupalamme aikana) Henkilökuntaa ei tuntunut siis olevan riittävästi. Lisäksi jouduimme pienten lasten kanssa odottelemaan yli tunnin ylimääräistä että saimme huoneemme koska siivous oli viivästynyt. Tästä ei tullut hyvitystä hintaan. Limut tarjottiin, niitä ei oltaisi kaivattu vaan huone että olisimme päässeet jatkamaan lomaa. Aika-arviota ei pystytty antamaan siivouksen valmistumisesta niin ei oikein pystynyt tarttumaan muuhun puuhaan. Tulipa kokeiltua, mutta ei ole tarvetta mennä uudelleen. Yhden yön hinnalla saa jo puolen viikon loman muualla.
