Excellent option in a fantastic location very close to the central station
Pros:

We loved the location, a very short walk away from the Central railway station and right in the center of the city. The hotel atmosphere in the lobby is wonderful and it has a great gym and some other really nice, common facilities. Great value for money and perfect for what we were looking for.

Cons:

We had challenges with a check-in that kept being delayed last minute as well as with an AI-bot that it was difficult to discuss with. The room felt dark and our window faced the elevator which wasn't so pleasant.

Pros:

Excellent location right in the city center. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, the room was well equipped, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was adequate, although fairly average.

Cons:

The online check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. I had to complete it several times, which took much longer than it should have. I also found the lack of reception staff to be a disadvantage. In addition, the rooms were very small.

La ubicación perfecta ! En pleno centro siendo un lugar tranquilo.
Todo estaba muy limpio. Es un hotel muy bonito y un buen gym.
Café, té, leche y agua en la habitación.

Por decir algo que no tiene armario aunque si una barra con perchas

Chambre grande, billard libre service, gratuit, café/thé à disposition gratuitement dans la chambre et le hall !
Canapés et fauteuils très confortables dans le hall, espace calme.
Appuyez sur le bouton dans l'ascenseur de gauche, ça met une bonne ambiance !
Un digicode pour entrer dans l’hotel et dans la chambre.

Cons:

Quelques détails dans la salle de bain : pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas en place, socle des éviers dévissé (cassé ?)

Bir daha Brüssel’e gitsem yine aynı otelde kalırdım.
Pros:

Lokasyonu harikaydı, tren istasyonu dahil her yere yürüme mesafesi. Caddeye bakan odada kaldık, hiç gürültü duymadık. Yatak ve yastıklar gayet rahat ve temizdi. Medium odada kaldık, oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi.
Resepsiyon yok, check-in yaptıktan sonra oda girişi ve asansör için size gönderilen şifreyi kullanıyorsunuz. Airbnb mantığı gibi.

Cons:

4 gece kaldık, hiç temizlik yapılmadı. Bunu yazdığımda min. 8 günlük konaklamada temizlik yapıldığı söylendi. Muhattabınız AI. En azından çöpler alınabilirdi.

La posizione eccezionale, praticamente in centro. Vicinissima anche alla Stazione ferroviaria Bruxelles Central.

La politica relativa alla pulizia delle camere che in un soggiorno di 5 notti non viene fatta se non pagando una cifra aggiuntiva. Inoltre la nostra camera aveva una finestra sul cosiddetto "cortile" che non poteva essere aperta .
Questo sarà anche ecologico, ma non mi sembra sanitariamente corretto.
