Molto da migliorare, nonostante una buona palestra

La nota positiva è la palestra, che invece ho trovato buona e ben attrezzata.

Cons:

L’esperienza purtroppo è stata piuttosto deludente. La televisione in camera non è una Smart TV, cosa che mi ha sorpreso per una struttura di questo tipo. Anche il Wi-Fi funzionava molto male: nella mia stanza riuscivo a prendere bene il segnale praticamente solo in bagno.

L’aria condizionata era piuttosto rumorosa e la doccia aveva un supporto che non rimaneva correttamente fissato. Inoltre, nella camera non ci sono veri armadi dove riporre i vestiti e il lavandino era parzialmente otturato.

Anche negli spazi comuni della struttura ho percepito spesso un odore poco piacevole, aspetto che sicuramente andrebbe migliorato.

La nota positiva è la palestra, che invece ho trovato buona e ben attrezzata.

Nel complesso, considerando il livello e il prezzo della struttura, mi aspettavo decisamente più attenzione alla manutenzione e al comfort della camera.

Obemannad incheckning och inpassage som funkar bra. Mkt trevligt litet rum med bekväm säng och bra Ac mitt i värmeböljan. Fräscht badrum. Allt verkar nytt.

Hotel in posizione centrale e sicura. Molto comoda la gestione di ogni porta con codice pin senza chiavi. Hotel dotato di hall con ogni tipo di servizio dal tavolo per collegare pc, alle cabine insonorizzate per chi deve lavorare, all'utile deposito bagagli tramite armadietti che si può utilizzare sia se si arriva prima che la stanza sia pronta sia se si riparte dopo il check out. Camera perfetta per due, pulita insonorizzata e moderna. Letto comodo. La stanza, come esplicitato chiaramente, non viene pulita quotidianamente ma sono disponibili asciugamani puliti sempre nella hall.

Perfect location & modern hotel in the centre of Brussels
Pros:

Perfect location in the centre of Brussels. The rooms are very modern and clean. Plenty of refillable coffee, milk and kitchenware downstairs in reception. The free luggage lockers for early arrival or late departure weee very useful. Also, there is a pool table downstairs too. Whilst there is no reception staff, they were very communicative over WhatsApp before our trip. Easy check in and check out process.

Cons:

Our room was connected with the room next door via a door which, although locked, meant there was no sound proofing. We had incredibly noisy, rude neighbours who woke us up at 1am each night being noisy and shouting. The rooms need to be better sound proofed. I also do not like the idea of two rooms being joint by a locked door. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have any cleaners visit. Whilst this wasn’t a problem for us personally, the bin was small so became overfilled quite quickly.

Good area but bad experience
Pros:

Liked the area and the cleanliness

Cons:

The fact our shower flooded twice on our first day (in the morning) and they offered us a different room the next day! Then proceeded to offer us a 20 something pound refund!
