Nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool and spa.

Cons:

Dry sauna was drafty and never really warmed up. Steam generator for steam sauna was directly overhead and noisy.

Better on the pictures than reality
Pros:

Nice 2bdr apartment with small kitchenette, swimming pool on rooftop but very few chairs often busy. There is a big supermarket for foreigners at 7 minutes walk, otherwise not many commodities for tourists around. The Tuonh Sleng museum is very close. Shower was good.

Cons:

The street is very noisy and you ear it easily from inside, same for AC which is on the balcony and very noisy from inside. We didn’t have any dish soap so we had to wait for housekeeping to have dish cleaned and they never came at the same time of the day. We put the sign to ask to do the room, left for the day and when we came back it was still not done. They finally came at 6:00 PM which is very inconvenient for us. The couch was in terrible condition and very uncomfortable. Our apartment was dark since daylight only came inside from the bedrooms and the second bedroom had a small window.

Bed was comfortable and parking easy

Cons:

kitchen tools so damaged it wasn’t healthy to cook with. Pool not clean. Airco in room gave us both a bad cough, probably not cleaned regularly. Wanted to leave after first night of a five night booking but had to pay for all five nights. Ended up only staying the first and the last night and without useable airco or kitchen tools

Not as nice and luxurious as it can be.
Pros:

The views from the rooftop pool area is awesome. The coffee cart across the street is amazing. The beds are comfy and water pressure was great.

Cons:

The penthouse is on the top floor with the rooftop pool area (where it’s public) — so when housekeeping comes to clean, they leave the door open for everyone in the pool area to see into the suite AND people do peek their heads into our suite as housekeeping staff are cleaning. That was absolutely annoying and rude. We had to ask for every little toiletry which was worse than pulling teeth……they tried to charge for everything little thing including an extra blanket! The kitchen lacked everything including a sponge and dish soap. The front desk people are not very welcoming and have attitudes about everything we asked for. The place is located in an extremely busy area with sewage running through the area.
