Appartement bien situé, et propre . Belle piscine très apprécié car il faisait très chaud . Personnel avenant.

Poêlon pour cuisiner très abimé.
Une des 2 chambres sans fenêtre.

Not as nice and luxurious as it can be.
Pros:

The views from the rooftop pool area is awesome. The coffee cart across the street is amazing. The beds are comfy and water pressure was great.

Cons:

The penthouse is on the top floor with the rooftop pool area (where it’s public) — so when housekeeping comes to clean, they leave the door open for everyone in the pool area to see into the suite AND people do peek their heads into our suite as housekeeping staff are cleaning. That was absolutely annoying and rude. We had to ask for every little toiletry which was worse than pulling teeth……they tried to charge for everything little thing including an extra blanket! The kitchen lacked everything including a sponge and dish soap. The front desk people are not very welcoming and have attitudes about everything we asked for. The place is located in an extremely busy area with sewage running through the area.

Bien mais pas de lits enfants
Pros:

L’hôtel est agréable avec une belle piscine sur le toit. Pas loin du centre, il permet de visiter aisément la ville.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 4 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants. Nous devions avoir 2 lits supplémentaires et gratuits pour les enfants. Quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a pourtant dit qu’ils n’avaient aucun lit pour enfants. Ils voulaient nous faire payer un supplément pour avoir un drap supplémentaire pour le canapé-lit. Finalement, nous avons eu le droit à un seul drap, un seul oreiller, aucune serviette… Si nous avions su, nous aurions juste réservé une autre chambre, c’est dommage…
