In der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, trotzdem ruhig.
Das Personal war freundlich,Frühstück war ganz okay
Zusatzbett/Sofa sehr unbequem bzw. Untergrund war zweigeteilt. Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber.

Nicht für Gehbehinderte Kinderwagen u.ä. geeignet.Fahrstuhl erst zu erreichen,wenn man mehrere Stufen hoch über kurzen Flur geht und dann wieder runter.
De ontzettend aardige behandeling en het goede ontbijtbuffet, Zeer behulpzame Italiaanse dame bij vragen over goede restaurants in de buurt, vervoer etcetera. Erg schoon. Een heel mooie prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding.
In de kamer voor drie personen was 1 uitklap bed, Dit was iets minder aangenaam slapen.

De matige kamer en badkamer, ook was het er veel te warm. De kamer was wel heel schoon.
The hotel was fairly clean overall and the location near the main station was convenient.
The shower in our first room (309) was clogged and the water was cloudy, so we had to move late in the evening. The new room was a downgrade: a stiff sofa bed with only one sheet over it and one pillow, and when I asked for an extra blanket at 9pm I was told housekeeping had gone home. The fan listed as a facility was removed from our room while our Do Not Disturb sign was up, without telling us. We were told the hotel has no ice, although the hotel says ice buckets are available at reception. There was no phone in the room. When we raised these issues, night staff said it was not their problem and refused to give us a manager's name. Very disappointing stay.

No tenía para controlar aire acondicionado, el WiFi era muy débil y la mayoría del tiempo use de mi internet móvil.
We had some questions beforehand and they were answered very quickly. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the whole hotel was very clean. We want to send kind regards to the cleaning staff because they took extra good care of our room during the stay.

Liegt zentral und der Eingangsbereich ist einladend.
Die Türklinge am Bad hat einfach gefehlt. Tür zum Bad stand offen. Als eine von dann rein ist und die Tür zugedrückt hat, kam sie nicht mehr raus. Als dann endlich der „Hausmeister“ kam, meinte er er sei kein Techniker er müsse mal schauen. Ich habe ihm dann gesagt, er solle irgendwoher Türklinken besorgen. Ich könne ansonsten gerne in ein anders Zimmer gehen und montiere selbst welche ab. Er kam dann irgendwann mit „einer“ Türklinke und war überrascht, dass wir diese im Zimmer behalten wollten. Hausservice und Manager seien erst wieder am Montag verfügbar. Es war Samstag und wir sind am Sonntag wieder abgereist.
Das zweite Doppelbett im Zimmer war nur eine ausgezogene Couch. Dort waren auch keine Steckdosen wo man hätte sein Handy laden können. Diese befanden sich unter dem Tisch auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers.
Balkon war vorhanden, allerdings ohne Abtrennung zu den anderen Zimmern die den selben Balkon genutzt haben.
Den Tresor konnte man nicht schließen und somit auch nicht nutzen.

To get to our room, we had to go down half a dozen stairs to get to the elevator, and then, while at our floor, go up another half a dozen stairs to get to the room.
The carpets in the corridors were dirty and the building was old.
