Pros:

It had a big pool, rooms were clean, bed comfortable, staff were friendly. Perfect airport hotel as it’s a short ride to the airport for an early morning flight

Lovely! Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and made our stay absolutely wonderful! The concierge arranged a car and driver to take us on tours for two of the four days we stayed with them and the hotel kitchen even packed us a breakfast because we had to leave very early for our safari. The food was great and having 24-hour room service was reassuring and well-used! I would love to stay with them again!

la propreté des chambres, l'accueil.

Cons:

mise à disposition des chambres un peu tard et petit déjeuner n'était pas assez varié et donc cher par rapport à ce qu'on trouve ailleurs. De plus surs la réservation il était sensé avoir 15% sur la nourriture et les boissons, hors je n'ai Pas eu cette remise sur les deux paiements que j'ai effectué pour des prestations au restaurant de l'hotel;

- Nähe zum Flughafen
- Abends die Option a la carte zu essen oder Buffet

Cons:

- sehr in die Jahre gekommen
- unprofessionell, dass man verschiedene Preise hinsichtlich der Fahrt zum Flughafen bekommt
- bei der Ankunft wurde man sehr gehetzt, wenn man noch seine Sachen aus dem Van kurz in Ruhe zusammenpacken wollte

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen zum Airport!
Auch die Restaurants sind gut .
Das Zimmer war grosszügig & sehr komfortabel. Auch der grosszügige Pool super.
War zum 2.mal da.

Pros:

Location was the closest available to the airport.

Cons:

Food poisoning. Had a burger in the restaurant in the evening and the next day was very sick. Has taken several days recovery. Can’t be anywhere else that was the cause as I had lunch there as well.

Colombo airport stopover

Close to airport big modern rooms - good breakfast buffet like everywhere in Sri Lanka hotel staff super friendly

The staff was not very nice
They first thought i am with Sei Lanka. Airlines transfer.

They got me a room at the 4th floor. The hallway smelled unpleasant and on the walls was mold and stains from it.

The room AC was extremely cold,couldn't stay in the room. I have asked to fix the Ac, which they couldn't, went to another room with the same AC problem.
Interestingly, Marino Beach Hotel had the same AC sistem but the rooms were not freezing cold.
Mold and AC not working for a 5 stars hotel, at 120 euros per night?????? No thanks!


Left the hotel within 1 hour after arriving
At the beginning the loby manager/ or manager said they will refund me within days, I insisted to get that in written form, than a nice receptionist lady just took the POS and refunded my money on the spot.

Don't go there! Go to Marino Beach Hotel in Colombo

Good location to airport and the airport shuttle was great.

Cons:

We paid for a king size room which we thought was expensive but we chose a nice hotel for the location to the airport. The king size room was nice and had lots of space. When we went for our shower we had no hot water! None at all! We had to call down to the front desk and ask for help. They sent someone up to "fix" the shower. After he looked at it the shower could not be fixed it was missing a part. We asked serval times to be moved to a different room with hot water. The room we moved to was a double twin room which was smaller than the king size room. The room we paid for we didn't get to stay in. We had to get up very early the next morning for our flight and all the issues with the hot water took time away from us sleeping. We were disappointed in the stay. The water should have been checked before someone checks into the room.

Poor value for money
