Super convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Big property, big pool, close to the airport, helpful staff, a nice modern and spacious room in the new wing of the hotel.

Cons:

Flights to the airport and over the hotel started very early in the morning.

Good stay if you need something close to the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel has ok facilities (in line with expectations) and it is close to the airport. If offer food variety even if the quality is ok. Staff is kind.

Cons:

Given the cancellation of flights to Dubai because of the attack to Iran from March 1st they started increasing the prices and taking off availability from online comparison websites. In our case they increased price by 20% and it was possible to book only through them. They were profiting of the situation so we decided to leave for another hotel.

Great Stay, Atmosphere and Service
Pros:

Came in for a night, the atmosphere was great as it was the opposite of the busyness outside the hotel location. The room was good and had everything I needed from a tiring day. Great value for money for all that you get, the cleanliness, low noise level and its various amenities. But outy of everything, the service was really good as everyone was helpful and cheerful. We had dinner at the buffet and our server CHETHIYA was the most helpful and looked very smart with his uniform.

Very comfortable and nice staff. Convenient location and smooth aiport transfer
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay prior to an early flight. The lovely staff noticed it was my birthday and our room was upgraded. The very kind restaurant manager, Mr Ranawaka, surprised me with a cake and even sang Happy Birthday to me. I was touched - such level of personal service is unusal in an 'airport-style' hotel.

10 minute ride to airport, good breakfast, comfortable room
Pros:

Check in was smooth, and they provided us with a nice welcome drink. Room was comfortable with all facilities that you would expect, including safe, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary water. We noticed a slight smell in the corridor and just inside the room but this went away once the AC was on.

Breakfast buffet opens at 700am and was fine. Lots of airline crew use the hotel which must mean it's pretty good. Only 10 minutes ride to the airport.

Decent for a quick stay before a flight.
Pros:

Extremely close to the airport and fairly modern for Sri Lankan standards. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and the WiFi worked well.

Cons:

The restaurants were not great. Did the buffet dinner which I left early and the breakfast was not wow either.

Gutes Hotel nahe am Flughafen

Ein gutes Hotel um den Urlaub ausklingen zu lassen. Nur 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich und gut. Beim Abendessen wurden wir von Upali bedient, der sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war, vielen Dank

Pros:

Airport hotel only i would say. Nothing much around the area and i tried but probably 30 mins away from decent food. Food ok in the buffet so stayed in the end but its a one night place. Rooms very good and everyone friendly. outside areas and bars lack any atmosphere or care.

Really disappointing. Room allocation rubbish and we went to bed hungry !!
Pros:

We are staying in this hotel on our last night of a 12 day holiday in Sri Lanka. After a great holiday it is so disappointing. We booked 2 rooms as a family booking 8 months ago yet we have been split across 2 wings and can’t access each other due to the security in the lift. Then we tried to order food, after waiting 45 minutes, for a cheese platter, there was no sign. No idea when it would arrive so two of us went to bed hungry. Even trying to speak to a manager was not possible and reception were no help. The pictures on the web are very deceptive and do not reflect the disappointing standard of the hotel. Strongly advise you avoid.
