Drei Könige Dom Hotel

Don't stay here, avoid at all cost. Don't understand the positive reviews at all. Room was completely covered in mold, carpet was so dirty I didn't dare to take my shoes off. Everything was dirty, including the bedlinens (slept in my winter coat because I didn't want to touch the bedsheets)...on top of it all, payed 200€/night because of a convention. Absolutely ridiculous

Very near several hot spots like Dome, Central station and river Rhine. Very friendly staff particularly the young lady from Poland at breakfast. Very efficient and interested in our well being. Strange thing. Due to indeed very hot days and nights elevator did not work sometimes due to overheating.

Schönes sauberes Hotelzimmer und freundliche Angestellte. Alles prima.

Not the most modern of properties, but clean and plenty of power sockets. Tthe breakfast was good, rolls still hot and started at 6am.

Ho soggiornato presso questo Hotel con un'amica per un Week lungo, ci hanno dato una stanza al 5 piano, la camera penso sia stata ristrutturata da poco in quanto era nuova. Bagno pulito e spazioso.
L'Hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle varie attrazioni turistiche di Colonia. La nostra camera affacciava direttamente sulla stazione, ma grazie ai doppi vetri non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore di treni o altro.
Lo spazio colazione è piccolo ma fornito di tutto il necessario.
Wi-fi nelle camere funzionante, anche se a volte il segnale era debole.
Personale molto accogliente e gentile, Hotel consigliatissimo!

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt und Bahnhof. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt dort. Service und Zimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Genau das Richtige für uns.

hotel bon marché et personnel accueillant. bien pour un court séjour. la chambre était grande. le mobilier vieux et spartiate. moquette pas très propre.
le petit-déjeuner (compris dans le prix de la chambre) était très correct (buffet).

I reserved through HRS/Deutsche Bahn. When i netnerd to my room, it was not clean and the internet was down. After a whlie trying to connect went down and said that i was not satisified, I wanted to leave. Some guy came and verbally attacked and intimdated me honestly. Told me I had to pay 40 Euros for the cleaning and leave. Which I have to accept now, was wrong to pay. But I felt attacked and I was alone in an unknown city, so I did it to avoid any problems. Of course he refuesed to give me any recepits. HRS was informed, but of course, they could not do anything...Please Avoid this hotel.

Used this for two nights, handy for the rail station, and the staff are super friendly. A good breakfast and clean rooms. No WiFi as far as I could figure out. Also some good eating places within only a few yards. As a budget place this is more than acceptable.

What most impressed me about my stay at this hotel is the kindness, helpfulness and culture of the hotel staff. I absolutely recommend it !!! Room was not big but clean, breakfast was very good too, and we parked the car very close without any problem

Nice and clean hotel 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and near the shoppingareas.
Quiet even though it`s in the city.
No aircondition in the rooms. 29 C at night :-(

Hotel gives as more than we expected when we booked. It is really close to all city destination. Clean and personal were friendly. Rome was big and bathroom to, all renovated. Breakfast was OK and you could chose between different food. only miss is air condition, while room was quite warm at afternoon and evening. But we open windows and during night it became more cold.
So we recommended it.

We arrived and were immediately felt welcome and allowed to check in early! We were given a free upgrade to a luxury room which was very spacious. The shower and bathroom was excellent. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty of choices too!
If you are looking for an affordable hotel close to the cathedral and centre I could not recommend it highly enough!

Unfortunately the hotel was in work during our stay but ther people working were very kind and helpfull. the room was correct for a mid-price. the facilities and accomodation good. the bathroom was clean and that's the principal.

We arrived very late, it's better to say we arrived very early morning.
We only needed a clean place to sleep few hours and close to Bahnhof.
We appreciated breakfast (not bad for the rate) till 10.00 a.m.
Friendly staff. Good location.
Elevator not working. Stained carpet. Hotel under repairings. Very basic (triple) room. Shower's curtain ... we don't like it at all - they surely don't wash it in the washing machine every day as towels.
It's not the sort of hotel we'd like to spend our vacation but for a cheap, fast, very short stay ... it can suits the need.

It needs alot of cleaning and upgrade . The lift did nt work though it did nt say that anywhere . We were on the 3rd floor to the main street . Thecarpets were badly stained, the smell in the room was very unpleasant and the stairway was really dirty . A coat of paint, soap and water would go a lomg way.
The beds were clean and comfotable and despite the main road we slept very well . Staff are very pleasant and friendly . Breakfast was freah and sufficient . Not worth €150 a night in my opinion . Location is very convenient with great restaurants next door .

This small hotel could be nice, but it's under construction with no elevator service that its booking information does not mention. The included in the room price wifi and breakfast is good, but does not make up for the lack of notice that there is no elevator. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the front of the Dom or the railroad station.

It was located in the back side of Dom Cathedral and the centre is just 2 minutes away by walk. The breakfast and wifi was ok. The room was small but it has all amenities for a business stay. Recommended for limited budget travellers.
