Nicht nochmal!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel insgesamt.

Cons:

Das Personal ist ok, allerdings wurde lauthals beim Frühstück über andere Gäste geredet und wir wurden von der „Hausdame“ recht unfreundlich an der Tür angesprochen zwecks unserem Hund den wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten, aber angeblich nicht bezahlt hatten! Ohne „Guten Morgen“, sich vorzustellen und mit Zigarette im Mund! 👎Wir sollten dann 25€ pro Tag bezahlen, eine absolute Frechheit! Auf dem Frühstückstisch liefen Ameisen und es war auch nicht ausreichend Geschirr da, obwohl kein Übermaß an Gästen da war. Insgesamt enttäuschend! Es gehört angeblich zur Novum Kette, davon merkt man leider nicht viel! Einmal und nie wieder! Es ist außerdem recht laut in dem Hotel.

Das Hotel ist zu dunkel von innen, alles in fast schwarz gehalten etwas beklemmend!!

Cons:

Bettwanzenstiche bei 2 Freundinnen, die in einem Doppelzimmer im 4. Stock waren!!! Keine adäquate Reaktion der Hotelleitung und das Zimmer ist angeblich wieder belegt. Das ist unverantwortlich und nicht akzeptabel. Das Personal ist zu bedauern und alle weiteren Gäste sollten gewarnt sein.

Lage und Frühstück war gut. Der Rest ist ausbaufähig. Zum schlafen für 1/2 Nächte ausreichend.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks war gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung war schwach. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Der Ausblick war unterirdisch und dadurch das Zimmer relativ dunkel. Die Lautstärke vom Flur und Treppenhaus geht komplett ins Zimmer.

Hotel meiden!
Pros:

Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend

Bettwanzen
Waren 2 Nächte dort und nach der Abreise am 2. Tag jucken, dann sind auch schon massiv Bisse zum Vorschein gekommen. Vorwiegend Schultern, Hals , Gesicht und Arme und Hände.
Bei Telefonat mit Hotel wurde mir bestätigt, dass sie Probleme hatten, aber jetzt alles gut ist. Trugschluss.
Sehr übel. Habe an die Hotelleitung email geschrieben, leider keine Reaktion.
Booking com bitte Hotel nicht mehr vermitteln.

Das Frühstück war super, Personal war mega nett.
Das Badezimmer war klein aber frein

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sehr alte Möbel.
Der Lampenschirm hatte schwarze Punkte wenn man ihn auf dreht.
