Zimmer schon sehr verwohnt, aber bei dem Preis dürfen die Erwartungen auch nicht so hoch sein!

Toiletten Türschloßscharniere/blende war locker, sehr geräuschig, Straße und aus dem Nebenzimmern, besonders das Zufallen der Hotel-Zimmertüren und es war zu warm, warum werden die Gardinen vom Reinigungspersonal nicht wenigstens zugezogen.... Ne Hitze war das beim ersten Betreten. Auch war keine Fußmatte beim Duschen vorhanden... Ich dachte ich rutsche aus, Haltegriffe??? Zudem fiel mir beinahe etwas durch den Ausguss im Waschbecken des Badezimmers weil kein Stöpsel vorhanden, ich sah den tiefen Schlund abgrundtief hinunter. Wenn meine Halskette da hinuntergefallen wäre...
Beim einmaligen Frühstück kam es zu Milchmangel (für den Selbstgemischten Kakao und für Cerealien.) es gab kein Fisch, weder als Makrele, Heringssalat oder Räucherlachs, schade, damit hätte gepunktet werden können. Und ach ja, an der WC- Schüssel wars zu eng da diese in Richtung zur Wand steht

No me gustó nada la gerente no fue amable y me estafaron ya que había reservado una habitación de 4 camas y al llegar estaba defectuosa y la habitación q me tocó el baño malísimo se tupía el lavamanos, la tasa sin tapa, no había minibar y es sin aire acondicionado

Wir sind nachts um 4 wach geworden weils gekrabbelt ist an unserem Arm und tata Bettwanzen 2 andere Gäste haben genau das gleiche Problem.

Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, the furniture was old and worn out, and the curtains were dusty. The windows were also dirty. The room felt stuffy, but opening the windows was not an option because of the constant noise from the street.

Throughout the night, people were shouting outside, and the old windows provided virtually no sound insulation. There seemed to be no enforcement of quiet hours. The hotel also has no air conditioning, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

The bathroom fixtures were outdated and partly broken. In one of the rooms, the toilet was installed so close to the wall that it was very difficult to sit on it comfortably.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel for families with children. It is a real shame because the location is excellent, but the property appears to have been neglected for a long time and does not seem to receive the investment and maintenance it needs.

Das Zimmer stammt wahrscheinlich aus den späten 80ern. Wollmäuse ohne Ende. Laminat derart kaputt und abgewohnt. Zugang über die Feuertreppe im Hinterhof. Beim Frühstück wurden wir aufgefordert den Tisch schnell zu räumen da dieser für andere Gäste benötigt wird, und das in einer Art und Weise die doch etwas befremdlich war.

In diesem Zimmer muss ein Wasserschaden gewesen sein, das Laminat war aufgequollen, die Schränke, Betten waren abgestoßen, es gab keine Nachtischlampen, der TV funktionierte auch nicht. Nach Reklamation konnte uns nur ein Zimmer angeboten werden, in dem das Licht im Bad nicht funktionierte.An diesem Wochenende war von der Hotelleitung niemand da, auch nach E-Mail- Beanstandung erfolgte keine Rückantwort.

The room had bed bugs, which made our night absolutely miserable and very stressful. The location is also inconvenient and far from most attractions.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid this place and look for other accommodation options.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty, and I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel or even consider staying there.
