the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! we were in town celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and my mother's 77th! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The carpet was black in areas, our feet were constantly black, could not go barefoot.

My friend and I like the location of this property as it is walking distance to downtown Port Clinton. However, we felt that the property is badly in need of a makeover. The wallpaper is peeling, the woodwork is scratched, and it generally looks very old and looks like nothing has been updated in a long time.

Have stayed here several times. Very nice place especially for price. Can easily walk to places around town, 1 to 3 blocks, including PIB ferry.

The place wasnt clean cobwebs, bugs in cobwebs,the room left damp smelled musty. The walls were dirty the whole place was just dirty

The location was perfect for our first time visiting Port Clinton.

I called about early check in and they said that was fine and would call me when room was ready. Never called. Check in went fine. Hallways smell really weird. Room smells even weirder. The bathroom is in the center of the room, which I didn't really get from the photos. This was inconvenient with a kiddo staying in the room. I asked when the pool was open and the front desk clerk just replied "I don't know." I went to check out in the morning and the staff seemed annoyed I was doing so. But I didn't have any instruction to do anything otherwise so I'm not sure what the story is there. I've randomly used hotels.com and their ratings to pick where I stay and this is the first time that I have to say it was a bad experience.

Easy access to back of building to go to and from your room without having to go through reception area. Front desk was able to help me with a late check in that was past their normal time. Was understanding, super friendly and made it easy for us to get into our room. Room was good and was clean. Also was quiet during our brief time there.

Staff was great. Very nice place. Walking distance to downtown and Jet Express.

The check in was easy and fast. The staff were helpful and sweet. The area is very close to everything such as restaurants shopping and the jet express ferry. Is right near Lake Erie all you have to do is cross the street. I highly recommend people stay here and will be staying here again.

The pool was nice, the staff were friendly, it was across from the lighthouse, had good views. Could use some updating.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the pool area several evenings and it's in walking distance to restaurants, the pier, lighthouse and Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Excellent location, which is why it’s so expensive. Have a room that sleeps 5 comfortably, and that’s what we needed. It’s very clean, and very very outdated. 3 shower towels for 5 people was a little sad.
