I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel. Upon arrival, I was placed in an accessible room that I did not request. Throughout my stay, my privacy was repeatedly compromised by cleaners entering the room unexpectedly, and housekeeping was consistently scheduled as late as 1:30 PM. When I requested a room change, I was initially told it was not possible, and the eventual offer required me to check out at 12:00 PM and wait until 3:00 PM for a new room. Additionally, I was overcharged for parking on three separate occasions, being billed £10 for a full 24-hour period despite only using the facility for two hours each time. The level of service and attention to detail fell far below expectations.
