Great location near city centre and with a well priced and convenient car park. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet and reliable.

Room was very nice and comfortable.
Booked a room but when I came they said there wasn't one available so they booked a room at another hotel. The night manager offered me a refund as it was a mistake on their part but another manager later emailed me overturning it and refused to honour the refund.

The staff were all amazing. Especially the restaurant manager. She made our meal and stay extra special and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was perfect and an absolute asset to the hotel.
