Pros:

Very nice hotel, comfortable, modern, fully equipped, cozy, friendly stuff. I totally enjoyed staying at this hotel. Tasty dishes at the restaurant, outstanding breakfast, very comfortable and relaxing spa area, roof top bar in the night - that all makes relaxing and very enjoyable atmosphere 😉.

Cons:

What I'd improve: the air-conditioner seems like broken or of a very poor quality. It's same as fen - no intelligence at all. Very dangerous for minors and peope with breathing diseases. Modern aircons can start / stop based on the actual room temperature, change the airflow intensity, constantly changing the direction of the airflow to sustain maximum safety and comfort. The aircons can be definitely replaced with modern, intelligent ones. Water temperature at the swimming pool is quite hot, I've never seen like this. So strange, I'd make the water temperature of the indoor swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ 🥽 5 to 10 degrees Celsius lower. Certainly. Water in the bathroom wasn't going out as it is supposed to making all floor slippery full of soap.

L'hôtel est bien, propre, très bien situé et le personnel est très sympathique

Cons:

J'ai réservé 2 chambres mais arrivé sur place à 1 heure du matin, on nous a dit qu'il y a qu'une chambre enregistrée, c'était désagréable, nous avons pris la deuxième chambre sur place et ce n'est pas le même prix que sur Booking

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour ma mission, calme et facile à accéder.

Cons:

Le climatiseur n'est pas du tout facile à manipuler, j'ai voulu augmenter la température mais il y avait un code. J'ai eu le code mais l'opération n'était facile.
La porte de la douche n'était pas entache et l'eau sort de la douche et arrive dans la chambre

Pros:

Super hotel, personnel très accueillant, propreté de l'établissement
Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse et confortable
Piscines propres

Cons:

2 petits "défauts" dans les chambres : pas de fenêtre qu'on puisse ouvrir + salle de bain non séparée (pas idéal si pas seul ou couple)

Good location, clean and safe.

Cons:

Our credit card got stuck in the machine inside the hotel. We got told it would be 30 minutes till someone could come and get it, then got told 30 minutes later it would be an hour and that we would have to go with the security guard to the bank to claim it’s ours. We couldn’t go as we had to catch a flight. We asked the manger if he could cut the card up and he said yes he would do that. A few days later someone tried to pay for something on that card and it got blocked. So I’m assuming the card never got cut up.
