Beautiful location and view with a comfortable room
Pros:

The view from the room was breathtaking! The room was wonderfully decorated and set up very comfortably. The bed was comfortable, as was the seating. I really like the table with the bench seating. The balcony was nice.

It was wonderful to walk right out the door to the beach from the hotel. The indoor pool was nice.

Cons:

The bathtub/shower was a little worn out. The shower head was very weak.

There was a hotel worker who just seemed to hang out in the hallway both days we were there. Every time we left the room, he was propped up in the hallway on his phone.

The restaurant was not open even though it said it was on its website and in the posted hours.

There were other guests smoking weed on their balcony, and Saturday night, the other guests were getting a little rambunctious.

The parking deck is small. It was ok while we were there, as it's the off-season, so there were still some empty spots. If you have a large vehicle, it's going to be a very tight squeeze, and depending on how long your vehicle is, you may not fit.

I had a hard time figuring out where to park to check in, as there is only room for about two cars right when you pull in to park, and when we first got there, two big service vans were blocking where we were supposed to park, so I had to circle the block a few times until someone moved.

The hotel does need some cosmetic upgrades, and some of the older and broken things need to be replaced, such as the broken elevator button and rust stains on the balconies.
From what I understand, Hilton just bought this hotel, so I hope they will make the necessary updates.

Great stay and in close range of multiple restaurants and stores.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and answered any questions that I had. The room was very clean and I could hear the ocean from my room. There were restaurants and stores right across the street from me.

Relax relate release!!
Pros:

Location location location. The ocean view was amazing. Great change of scenery if you just want to get away and relax relate and release.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed. I would have loved to get a margarita
