Despite my linen issue the room was beautiful and the staff was nice.

Cons:

Towels were dirty so I called for new ones and was brought more dirty towels. It wasn’t until after midnight that I finally received clean ones for a one night stay.

Very clean but expensive.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. We ran into an employee in the hallway near our room. We asked her for more towels and she brought a bag of clean warm towels almost immediately. Very responsive.

Cons:

Our room was tiny and had a view of the parking below the room. In a hotel that almost every room faces the ocean we were given one out of a very few rooms that had a view of the parking lot. We paid a very high price for 3 nights and checked in a half hour after check in began. I don't understand why we had a room without a view.

Booking.com shows pictures of the unit we thought we were getting but when we checked in it was half the size and they c

It was on the beach!

Cons:

Accommodation was misrepresented by the booking company. We were very crowded and uncomfortable. If you look at the pictures that Booking.com shows compared to the ones I’m sending of the unit there no comparison at all. The staff at the hotel was very nice but said there was nothing they could do to help us with the issue.

We could see the beach even from our “city view” room. The room was large and comfortable. Free laundry was a nice perk.
