Great value for money, spotlessly clean with extremely helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent and reasonable overnight stay. Good location to get to Co-Op Live arena by short taxi ride.
All staff were polite, courteous and very helpful. Spotlessly clean. Delicious free coffee available 24/7 from lounge area.

Great stay
Pros:

The location was good and the fact that teas and coffees were free. There was a pool table and books in the lobby and lots of space to chill.

Cons:

The coffee machine did not have dairy free capabilities which meant coffee options limited.
We paid for double room and got a twin room which was not ideal.

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent value for money, easy parking. Close enough to the tramline for an easy journey into the City Centre. And close enough to a retail park to pick up any essentials. Room was clean, tidy and location was quiet.

Cons:

TV remote was a bit awkward and needed a specific angle to work, but once on was no problem.

地理位置很好，从车站出来坐两站yellow火车线就能抵达，出站后步行只要七八分钟，非常方便。附近走十分钟有M&S等大型超市和麦当劳，那里也有135和41路公交车直达市中心。

Cons:

如果早餐价格便宜一些就更好的，15磅一个人我觉得有点贵了，所以没有吃。

Decent , would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean good high standard of housekeeping.
Reasonable breakfast , sausages not best quality but everything else very good. Well laid out dining area and bar but lighting to low make sure of your are tall to mind your head .

Cons:

A bit of noise in the corridors but apart from that nothing a really comfortable clean well run hotel.
