They rip you off on parking charges. Their website says that it’s £5 for IHG members but because I had booked via booking.com they charged treble that.

Felt that they were underhand in way looking to make more money from guests who have paid to stay

Breakfast was as expected. liked the security to corridors.

Cons:

Did not appreciate being told it was 15 pounds to park my car in the hotel car park, did not notice this anywhere prior to arrival, had i had known i would not have booked, staff also wanted to charge me extra for breakfast which was included in the booking

I booked a room at your hotel for myself and my girlfriend. I had to leave the hotel for some work, so my girlfriend stayed alone in the room overnight.

At approximately 8:05 AM this morning, an unidentified person entered our room. When my girlfriend woke up and noticed the person, they immediately left the room.

This incident has caused us serious concern about our privacy, personal safety, and the security of your hotel.

I would appreciate a prompt explanation of the following:

Clean, cosy, great location, can’t go wrong!
Pros:

Clean, cosy room. Excellent facilities in the room and a lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. Very convenient car park just round the corner that was fairly reasonably priced for centre of Manchester. Great location, close to everything and it was such great value too!

Modern and cosy.
Pros:

It’s cosy. Rooms are small but modern. The two asian guys who work there at reception were so nice and friendly. They definitely made my stay so much better, they were professional, informative, and kind. They were always there to help whenever needed.

Cons:

It’s close by to i assume a football club or something sports related, so it can get quite busy at times and congested at the entrance. Other than that, nothing I disliked.

Pros:

What like is the location only.

Cons:

The manager is very rude. He lacks managerial skills and his approach was very unacceptable. We are about 20 people that came in a group. When we asked a simple question about why we can't have some things in our rooms like just ordinary water incase of emergency. His answer was he is prepared to cancel our booking if we want to leave.

Grosse, moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Lage, nur 4 Minuten zu Fuss zur nächsten Tramstation "Queens Road".

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr kalt, die Klimaanlage lief viel zu stark
