Great stay
Pros:

Room had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and as my German isn't as good as it should be they were very patient and most spoke English.

Nicht sehr zu empfehlen. Lieber nebenan ins Susato.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist recht gut. Die Parkplätze sind kostenfrei.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas heruntergekommen. Wie es zu 3 Sternen kommt ist mir schleierhaft.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (Zimmer zu Zimmer).
Das restaurant hat offiziell bis 20:00 geöffnet aber um 19:30 war die Küche schon zu und aufgeräumt. Leider war dies typischerweise der Fall.
Die Zimmer- und Badausstattung ist sehr altbacken und das Bett nur so lala.

Wir werden nicht wiederkommen

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Wahl erfolgte aufgrund der guten Lage. Es war sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption (offensichtlich aus Holland) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Es war für uns der dritte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Mit jedem Mal wurde der Aufenthalt schlechter. Das Zimmer war sehr klein (davor hatten wir ein größeres Zimmer) Das Personal war (mit Ausnahme der Dame an der Rezeption) schlecht. Es handelte sich beinahe ausschließlich um ungelernte Kräfte, die Ferienarbeit verrichten. Grundsätzlich haben wir nichts dagegen, wenn jungen Meschen so die Gelegenheit gegeben wird, etwas dazu zu verdienen. Dennoch sollten Fachkräfte hilfreich zur Seite stehen. Kompetente Ansprechpartner mussten wir förmlich suchen. Das hat und gar nicht gefallen. Im Bad hat es muffig gerochen. Auch so etwas sollte durch einen Installateur geprüft und beseitigt werden

Ontbijt. €18 is veel geld voor een beetje yoghurt en drie eetlepels fruit uit blik. Glutenvrije muesli was er niet. Gelukkig had ik voor de zekerheid glutenvrije muesli van huis meegenomen.
