Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Modernes, renoviertes Hotel mit super freundlichem Service und sehr reichhaltigem Frühstück.
Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung insofern an dem Tag nicht der BVB spielt ;-)
Stadtzentrum mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen

Pros:

Betten sehr bequem. Personal bemüht und nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht gut - nur billigste Wurstwaren und Käse. Tomaten waren matschig, insgesamt eher unterdurchschnittlich. Der Aufzug funktionierte nur bis zum 4. Stock, weil ein Defekt vorlag. Mein Zimmer lag im 5.Stock. Im Zimmer keinerlei Safe und kein Kühlschrank. Nachbarn rauchten auf dem Balkon und der Zigarettengestank zog krass in mein Zimmer.

- ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung mit ÖPNV
- 24 Std offene Rezeption
- bequemes Zimmer mit im Allgemeinen guter Ausstattung
- gute Kommunikation

Cons:

- ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre nützlich
- etwas niedrigeres Preis in Hinsicht auf Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wäre nett, wobei dies würde sich eher an die ganze Stadt beziehen

Geräumige Unterkunft, aber ein bisschen unterkühlt.
Pros:

Ein riesiges Zimmer mit gutem Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Heizung hätte im Dezember etwas mehr hergeben können.
Beim Empfang durch die Dame, die hinterm Tresen sitzen geblieben ist, haben wir uns ein wenig als Fremdkörper gefühlt.
