Pros:

Generalnie pobyt w hotelu udany, blisko centrum, blisko galeria handlowa, przystanek autobusowy skąd odjeżdża autobus na lotnisko albo do Wioski Mikołaja.
Smaczne śniadania. I warto rano przyjść na śniadanie z termosem i zrobić sobie herbatkę na wynos. Przydatne zwłaszcza zimą gdy po śniadaniu planujesz zimowe atrakcje.

Cons:

Brak szafy, brak półek, co prawda jest kilka wieszaków na drążku od lustra ale to za mało. Przez parę dni ciuchy trzymasz w walizce na podłodze jest to uciążliwe, ciągle czegoś szukasz. Brak czajnika, a byliśmy zimą i po powrocie do pokoju aż się chciało ciepłej herbatki ale niestety... Na szczęście przy recepcji był automat z płatna kawa lub herbata.

Excellent choice in Rovaniemi.
Pros:

Nice, clean and fresh hotel with superb location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was kinda bouncy, I prefer firm beds. Coffee at restaurant was quite awful. Otherwise everything ok!

The location is near everything in the city.

Cons:

The room was very hot and dusty.
To open the window you need to ask maintenance.
The shower door is not properly sealing the water resulting in flooding the floor every time.

Pros:

Super petit déjeuner, très bon emplacement, personnel disponible (j'ai pu changer de chambre facilement; la fenêtre donnait sur la salle du petit déjeuner et je préférerais une vraie fenêtre vers le ciel et la rue), bouilloire dans la chambre appréciée.

Cons:

Le chauffage était trop fort et pas simple à régler, on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre quelques minutes pour aérer (mais j'imagine que c'est normal en février), matelas pas assez ferme à mon goût. Léger manque de place pour le rangement.

A equipe do hotel foi muito solícita, nos ajudou quando precisamos de um novo cartão (o outro se perdeu na neve) e para guardar as malas e podermos passear durante o dia. O quarto era confortável, e o café da manhã foi bom, embora eu não tenha achado tantas opções que me agradassem aqui quanto em outros hotéis. A localização é excelente!

Cons:

Quando reservamos, o preço estava tão caro quanto para ficar em um chalé de onde dava para ver a aurora boreal, então achei meio caro para o que oferece.

Good location and breakfast – closer to a 3-star hotel
Pros:

Good breakfast with many options.
Well located.

Cons:

The room cleaning could be improved. The bed was made rather roughly, and the dirty dishes were left in the room without being replaced.
The bathroom door is very noisy and wakes up whoever is sleeping.
The toilet lid does not stay open and keeps closing by itself.
The family room faces the interior of the hotel and has no natural daylight.
The shampoo/soap container in the bathroom was empty and never filled.
It was almost impossible to dry my hair with the hairdryer provided.
The “double bed” is actually two single beds pushed together.
Overall, in our opinion, the hotel does not quite meet the standard expected from a 4-star property and feels closer to a 3-star hotel.
