Wunderbar, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer unter dem Dach, Aufzug vorhanden. Das ganze Ensemble ist sehr schön, hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz im / am Haus. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll und abwechslungsreich, frische, regionale Produkte - Emdener Hering! - herrlich. Am Abend wurden wir freundlich mit einem Glas Cidre en der Rezeption empfangen, das war eine tolle Erfrischung.

Cons:

Leider war es in der zweiten Nacht sehr warm im Zimmer. Ein Klimagerät wäre für solche Tage >30 Grad wünschenswert.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, zentral in der City, Kurpark und Restaurants.
Das Frühstück ist
sehr lecker mit kleinen aber sehr ausgefallenen Speisen wie Säfte, Joghut, Gebäck, Fisch, Käse, Wurst, Rührei und Speck etc.
Leider haben wir morgens um 10.30 Uhr am Wochenende keinen zweiten Kaffee mehr bekommen, da das Servicepersonal nicht mehr zu sehen war.
Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Tiefgarage top.
Ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, ich weiß leider den Namen nicht ( spielt auch in einer Band ) mega empathisch, freundlich, kompetent und kümmert sich rührend !

Cons:

Wie haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, da zwei Personen, hatten ein Kingsize Bett mit einer durchgehenden Matratze, was auch als befreundete Personen, nicht so toll ist.
Zimmer sehr sehr warm, ohne Klima ohne eben mal in der heißen Zeit, den Gästen einen Ventilator bereit zu stellen.

Am Ankunfstag ein dunkles Badezimmer, durch zwei defekte Leuchten, kann passieren, aber nach Meldung an der Rezeption, bis zum Abreisetag keine Reperatur !

Dazu kein warmes Wasser, duschen kalt, Haare waschen kalt, was wir auch sofort gemedet hatten.
Uns wurde dann angeboten in einem anderen Zimmer, wo das warme Wasser lief, zu duschen.
Mit Duschzeug in den Aufzug, anderes Stockwerk und leicht bekleidet wieder zurück, keine Reperatur bis zur Abreise.

Ein absolutes NOGO.

Wir waren früher schon mal in dem Hotel und alles bestens, top, aber mittlerwweile sind die vier Sterne nicht mehr gerechtfertigt.
Vielleicht lässt die Interesse nach, da in diesem Jahr wohl ein Eigentümer wechselt ?
