Für den Besuch zum Karlsruher "Fest" haben wir uns 2 Tage Zeit genommen und dazu eine Übernachtung im Hotel ANA Eden mit 2 Zimmern gebucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von zwei jungen Angestellten emfangen. Obwohl wir schon um ca. 13h00 angereist waren (Check-in war 15h00) konnten wir die Zimmer schon beziehen. Sowohl das Zimmer zur Straße hin als auch das zum Garten war angnehm ruhig. Die Zim.er haben noch richtuge Kleidershränke! Es gibt einen großzügigen Frühstücksraum mit Wintergarten und Terrasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umwerfend! 17 € sind auf jeden Fall angemessen. Sehr umfangreiches Angebot, hervorragend präsentiert, immer gut nachgelegt, die Tische wurden immer sofort abgeäumt, hervoagender Kaffee. Im übrigen konnten sich alle Gäste zu jeder Zeit an der Kaffeemaschine gratis bedienen!
Wir können das Hotel in dieser guten zentralen Lage sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Erholungswert war sehr gering
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, fußläufig erreichbar vom Bahnhof.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, Minibarkühlschrank heizte das Zimmer weiter auf ohne zu kühlen. Fenster führten direkt auf ein Flachdach mit Blumen, so dass auch noch Mücken rein kamen mit der kühleren Luft. Im Bad waren die Lüftungsgitter sehr verstaubt.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Gang bei den Zimmern ist stark verschmutzt. Noch viel schlimmer ist jedoch der Teppich im Treppenhaus. Augen zu und durch.

Cons:

Dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat im Zimmer und es in den Tagen, wo wir dort waren, extrem heiß war. Es wurde uns aber nach Anfrage ausgeholfen mit einem Ventilator

Pros:

Personeel was super vriendelijk. We kregen gratis een upgrade voor een kamer met airco. Al weet ik niet of die het goed deed. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Wij waren op doorreis en zochten een plek om te overnachten. Een driepersoons kamer met zelfs een keuken er in. Met koelkast en kookplaat. De douche was heerlijk. Het ontbijt ook gewoon prima. De locatie is top. Vlak bij het station en de prachtige stadsdierentuin. Zeker de moeite om die te bezoeken. Goede matrassen ook.
