Huone oli rehellisen likainen, alkaen karvoista kylpyammeessa päättyen hämähäkin seitteihin. Ei illalla väsyneenä enää jaksanut mennä valittamaan ja aamulla lähtiessä reklaamtioon kommentti oli että ota karkki tai kuppi kahvia automaatista

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very modern. Location was good, in the nice part of town. Very clean everywhere. Breakfast was very good! Rooms good size and beds very comfy.

nojoo majoitus hyvä.mutta ilmastointi vessassa kuulosti kuin luontoradio. :)

siitä että aamiainen ei kuulunut hintaan,muuten kattava oli valikoima,mutta ei hintansa väärti,leipä oli kovaa reunoista,enemmän hiiva leipää

colazione molto varia e buona, il caffé é 'imbevibile', davvero scarsissima qualità

il personale é alternato fra persone competenti e persone completamente incompetenti. quelle incompetenti non sono in grado di aiutare alla reception non sono preparate a rispondere, e chiaccherano a lungo con i clienti, lasciando gli altri dietro in fila ad attendere a lungo! un'impiegata alla reception non era in grado di dirmi dove mettere le proprie cose alla SPA, e nemmeno come funziona il riscaldamento nella camera (mi ha detto di usare il telecomando dell'aria condizionata, che nella stanza non esiste nemmeno) dopo avere atteso a lungo é comparsa una seconda collega piu' competente che mi ha spiegato come fare alla SPA e che mi ha portato una coperta aggiuntiva ed un calorifero elettrico. Inoltre davanti all'ascensore e nell'ingresso, il pavimento non viene pulito regolarmente ed é sempre sporco, cosi' come la moquette sul corridoio; le stanze sono pulite male. La seconda mattina era finito il sapone sia nella doccia che nel lavandino, il numero di telefono fornito in camera (mancano i telefoni nelle stanze) è indicato sbagliato - c'é un adesivo sul muro col numero che é sbagliato - la persona alla reception non ne era al corernte; mi sono trovata il numero di telefono della reception dell'hotel su internet e NON rispondono al telefono: ho dovuto vestirmi prima della doccia al mattino per andare giu' alla reception a chiedere di fornirmi i saponi. Hanno poi mandato una persona per sostituire il barattolo dei saponi. Inoltre manca il bollitore e un té, un caffé da potersi fare in camera.
