Too noisy
Pros:

The tramline was just underneath my windows. A very noisy room and the tramline stop very late and started very early.

I'm not going to stay in this hotel again

Pros:

Have stayed in the hotel many times before but this time the stay was disappointing. The beds were extremely squeaky, making it hard to sleep, and the pillows were unusable — all of them were hard and lumpy. The glasses in the room were dirty. On top of that, the staff provided incorrect information, did not apologize for any issues, and overall the service was poor.

Vaivaton piipahdus pääkaupungissa.
Pros:

Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Miellyttävä ja tilava aamiaishuone.
Hyvä sijainti, pysäköinti lähellä.

Cons:

Työpöydän vieressä olevassa tuolissa oli tahroja ja jotain karvoja. Puhdistamista olisi kaivannut.

Städtetrip perfekt!
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit für 2 Personen; ausgesprochen bequeme Betten, großes Badezimmer und alles sehr sauber. Bademäntel vorhanden, was morgens sehr angenehm ist, genügend Stauraum für Kleidung etc. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Kamppi und somit kann die Innenstadt von Helsinki zu Fuß erkundet werden. Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt in nächster Nähe. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Alles war perfekt!

Es gab' nichts zu bemängeln.

Matka Thaimaasta kotiin ennen bussimatkaa oli loistava valinta yöpyä teidän hotellissa. Viihdyttiin.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä kuten osasin odattaakkin, mutta se normaalitasoinen joka on yleensä länsimaisissa hotelleissa.
En kuitenkaan ymmärä 50 €:n hintaiseksi. Kyllä oli kuitenkin laadukas ja maistui oikein hyvin. Henkilökunta aamiaisella ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita. Kiitos myös respaan jossa oli iloisia palvelevia ihmisiä.

Cons:

Vaikea sanoa. No pitkältä lentomatkalta tulleena olisi toivonut, että huoneessa olisi ollut vaikka vain pieni sämpylä.
Ei voi kitenkaan valittaa. Vuode oli hyvä ja huone viihtyisä.
Mikä oli myös hyvä, Kauppakeskus ja matkakeskus oli sijainniltan erinomainen hissillä alas ja kaikki oli esillä.
