Very good breakfast! Busy in the usual hours, but more than plenty to choose from, and all fresh.
Location is quiet and quite central / close to the palace, centre, harbour etc.
Room was small, no safe, beds were small and quite warm. I could not find any possibility to change the room temperature (no airco found) and the windows couldnt open. For the price paid (170Euro for one night) it shouldve been much better.

Proximity to city center. A parking garage next to the hotel. As a hotel guest you get a parking discount. Room was small, but cozy. Good air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very kind staff.
Nothing, really.
J'avais demandé et obtenu une chambre aux étages supérieurs. Heureuse surprise: en prime, je disposais d'un grand balcon. Les petits déjeuners du St-Olav sont proprement fabuleux, surtout pour les assiettes froides (saumon fumé, maquereaux, etc). En plus, c'est un hôtel qui accueille des groupes de touristes, et il est possible de profiter du buffet de soirée à un prix raisonnable. L'emplacement est central. Probablement le meilleur hôtel durant deux semaines de voyage.
Les mouettes laissent des traces sur le balcon, inévitable dans une ville portuaire. L'hôtel n'y peut rien. Si vous le pouvez, demandez un balcon du côté est: ombragé en soirée.

The boys and girls at the reception are great! They were always smiling and very helpful! The food is excellent and the waiters are also great and very helpful! The quality of food is perfect and the rooms are very clean! Great value for the money spent!
I would have been even happier, if my room was with a balcony.

Personalen på plats var mycket trevliga och frukosten var fantastisk.
Vi bodde i en familjerum där extra sängen var en bäddsoffa. Problemet var att bäddsoffan hindrade så mycket att varje gång man vände sig i sängen vaknade jag och hela familjen.
Detta var sjukt jobbigt. Vi var sömnlösa hela dagen därpå vilken påverkade vår energi under dagen.
Hotellet och läget var bra, men pågrund av sängen hade jag inte kunnat bo där igen!
