Pros:

Vi tycker om Oslo som stad så vi hade glädje av att bo centralt.

Cons:

Vi fick ingen information om att det var strejk förrän vi såg A4sidan som stod på receptionsdisken. Vi fick ställa frågor om hur det påverkade oss och fick bara veta att ni inte skulle städa. Ingenting om ev. kompensation eller vad konflikten beror på. Dåligt tycker vi!

Basil Fawlty lookalike
Pros:

Despite the ongoing strike everything was well, especially the breakfast. Someone on the staff looked like Basil Fawlty with darker skin, amazing. His behaviour was entertaining as well. The bartender said he'd only make the basic cocktails because he was working alone (due to the strike). I wonder how good it'd be when fully staffed.

Cons:

Accidentally booked our trip when the champions league finale was being played in the city, but that's not something the hotel can do anything about.

Great staff and breakfast, but a tiny, cold room
Pros:

The staff were excellent, the hotel’s location was great, and the breakfast was superb.

Cons:

The room I got was tiny, with a window facing the inner courtyard where other guests were often hanging around, so I had to keep it closed all the time. The room was cold, with no way to regulate the temperature, and although the bed seemed generally clean, it had quite a few hairs on it that were not mine.

Η τοποθεσία του και το πρωινό που ήταν πολύ καλό

Cons:

Δεν είχε ντουλάπα στο δωμάτιο, και δεν είχαν παντόφλες. Η καθαριότητα ήταν πλημμελής λόγω απεργίας του προσωπικού.

Happy but room for improvement
Pros:

Great location and comfortable bed

Cons:

Room was slightly on the small side. We didn’t get our room cleaned, and when i asked reception why, they said there was a strike going on. Which is totally understandable, but we weren’t told about this at checkin so was disappointed at the lack of communication. The room was nice, but would have liked a fridge in the room.

A szobával kapcsolatos kérésemet készséggel teljesítették.
A szoba összességében tetszett és tiszta is volt a bögréket kivéve amik kávefoltosak voltak.
Jó reggeli.

Cons:

Az egyik recepciós mogorván fogadott aztán valószínűleg ezt Ő is érezte mert utána hangnemet váltott. Mindenesetre nem ilyen fogadtatásra számít az ember egy hotelben még akkor sem ha nagyon elfoglaltak. Az első benyomás fontos!
Kevés hely a ruháknak.
