Det ble til tider litt rush på den ene heisen som var i drift. 2 andre heiser var ute av drift pga. teknisk vedlikehold.
Fantastisk lokasjon og god frokost. Behagelig seng.
Medarbeideren som bemannet resepsjonen på nattevakt var ekstremt uvennlig og frekk. Jeg har aldri opplevd noe lignende. Det virket tydelig som om han ikke hadde lyst til å være på jobb eller hjelpe gjestene.
Rommet var veldig lite - det var nesten ikke mulig å gå forbi sengen. Vinduet vendte mot hotellets indre område, noe som føltes veldig merkelig
Staff were friendly and helpful. Albi on the reception desk was particularly helpful and is a great credit to the hotel.

Claustrophobic tiny rooms without daylight, bathroom not very clean. Poorly equipped.
Het hotel ligt op een top locatie in het centrum van Oslo. Ondanks dat is het rustig en is het makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. De auto kan je onder het hotel parkeren tegen een verlaagde prijs.
Kamer is ruim en schoon, overige faciliteiten niets op aan te merken.
In het hotel zit nog een restaurant en bar, maar in de omgeving is nog genoeg te doen.
De kosten van parkeren is 30€ per dag dus niet al te goedkoop.
