Het ontbijt was goed

Cons:

Heel gedateerd hotel ( bijvoorbeeld tv op kamer ook zeer gedateerd) Badkamer was vies, overal haren op vloer en in bad. Personeel zeer onvriendelijk en weinig hulpvaardig. Hadden er erg naar uitgekeken maar viel erg tegen ook de Welness ( zwembaden ook overal haar en viezigheid).

Fijn hotel met Therme
Pros:

Divers en uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamers zijn schoon, badkamers aan renovatie toe maar wel netjes.
Therme heerlijk, 1 sauna, 1 stoomcabine en veel wateren en whirlpools, heerlijk om even tot rust te komen

Cons:

Menukaart voor diner te complex, daarom niet bij het hotel gegeten

Τους τελευταίους έξι μήνες, έχουμε επισκεφθεί το ξενοδοχείο τέσσερις φορές. Ο λόγος είναι οι πισίνες και το σπα. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό.

Ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν ζεστοί,το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ κρύο και αν και δυναμώσαμε το καλοριφέρ,δεν ζεσταίνονταν με τίποτα. Τα σεντόνια μύριζαν. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό,όσο τις προηγούμενες φορές. Δεν κάνουν αναβάθμιση στις υπηρεσίες τους,ακόμα και αν είσαι τακτικός πελάτης. Ένα ξενοδοχείο με τέτοια δυναμική,θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερη ευελιξία,ώστε να ικανοποιήσει τους πελάτες του!

Het ontbijt was GEWELDIG!!
De kamer was UITMUNTEND.

het enige wat tegenviel was het eten in het Maritiem restaurant. De papat was slap en koud en de saté was ook koud. Tosti was heerlijk.
Verder hebben we super genoten!!

Prima, ook de Thermen zijn prima en goed schoon. We hebben genoten.

Ontbijt was prima, ook het restaurant is een mooie en gezellige ruimte, klantvriendelijkheid was prima: het personeel bij het ontbijt en diner was enorm klantvriendelijk. Het eten was zeer goed. Het meest beviel ons de klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Cons:

De afspraak was dat het beddengoed en de handdoeken om de dag verwisseld zou worden. Dit is niet gebeurt. Het bed is nooit verschoont en de handdoeken zijn niet allemaal gewisseld. Ook stofzuigen is niet gedaan.

Gasten komen meestal met de auto, dan is niet gastvrij als zij ook moeten betalen voor het parkeren op eigen terrein.
