Badkamer met (smal) bad, tevens beetje krappe bedoeling met de glazen draaibare wand die boven het bad langs draait. Geen drempel tussen badkamervloer en de hotelkamer. Douche je een beetje te enthousiast, dan loopt het water zó via de badkamer onder de "voordeur" uit naar buiten, denk ik...
Afvoer van wasbak liep ook slecht leeg, maar dat heb ik aangegeven bij de receptie.

Kamer mist wel een paar haakjes oid voor het ophangen van je natte handdoeken en badjassen, na een hele dag in de spa.
In deze tijd droogt het buiten ook niet meer, dus nu onze badjassen maar over de twee fauteuils gelegd. Niet droog geworden de volgende ochtend, dus weer een koude badjas aan..brr!

Buffet voor 2 personen was €106,-, exclusief drankjes, maar de keuze was vrij beperkt. Kwaliteit van de gerechten was wel goed, we hebben lekker gegeten.
Zelfde geldt voor het ontbijt.

Jede Leistung müsste extra bezahlt werden wie z.B. Parken, Bademäntel, Handtücher für die Sauna usw.
Sauna nur mit Textilien fanden wir aus hygienischen Grund nicht gut. + Sauna ist für die Anzahl an Gästen viel zu klein.

Eine zweite Art Kissen wäre angenehm gewesen. Diese waren recht fest. Die Montierung der Badewanne war sehr offensichtlich zu sehen, heir eine schönere Verschalung und es würde optisch passender wirken.

Completely absurd and unnecessary regulations in the spa: Reading e-books is not allowed. Swimming goggles are not allowed, even in the larger pools where people can actually swim. Using mobile phones for reading (so silent) is not allowed either, even in the resting areas. A 10-year-old child quietly playing in the water is not allowed, while people in their twenties are shouting in the jacuzzis and being noisy in the relaxation area, yet nobody says anything to them.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the spa area, but the restaurant is expensive and the quality is very disappointing.
-parking fee is not included in the price and cost 11 euros per day even for hotel guests
-Bathrobes and slippers are also not included - in these type of hotels these services are usually included in the high prices.

My reservation indicated 2 single beds. When I arrived to the room, the beds were pushed together. I returned to the front desk and inquired about one single bed or to separate the beds to solve for uncomfortable gap when sleeping. The hotel agreed to the latter, which I was informed would be done within 15 minutes. I waited 15+ minutes and ended up separating the beds on my own. Moving the beds revealed that the carpet had a lot of hair, debris, and dust that needed to be vacuumed. Thankfully, waiting for the carpet to be vacuumed did not take 15+ minutes.

No gluten-free bread labeled and no vegan protein (e.g. tofu, tempeh) options at breakfast.

Bath robes and slippers are not included with the room despite slippers being required to use the spa. Reservation confirmation was not clear that either needed to be brought from home to avoid purchase/renting on-site.

Saunafaciliteiten zijn vrij beperkt. Hoogtepunt is vooral het buitenzwembad. Het mist een gevoel van een luxe spa ervaring maar we hebben ook geen behandelingen ter plekke kunnen boeken. Je hebt niet echt een lekker plekje om ontspannen een boekje te lezen, alles is vrij op elkaar gepakt. Wilden in bistro lekker bij de haard zitten maar die was stuk. Ik zou ook zeggen dat iedereen gewoon badjas huurt want het wordt wel beetje rommeliger zo.

In de middag was het helaas erg rumoerig, waardoor ontspannen bijna onmogelijk was. ’s Ochtends en ‘s avonds was het gelukkig wel rustig. Daarnaast vond ik de huurprijs van de badjassen veel te hoog. Voor hotelgasten zouden deze gratis of veel goedkoper moeten zijn. Ook vond ik de nacho’s bij de cafetariabar erg duur voor wat je krijgt: geen vlees en een erg simpele bereiding. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel tegen.

De kamer is ruim maar oud. Tapijt over de hele kamer. Mensen met asthma of allergieën raad ik het niet aan om te slapen. Ik had ‘s nachts een asthma aanval ervan. Vond het persoonlijk te duur voor waar je sliep.
