We really had a very good experience especially Nandu from house keeping made sure we have a pleasant stay and mainly to mention Mr kennith reddy sir gave us an excellent hospitality
Breakfast buffet was excellent. The manager Mr. Umesh went out of his way to meet any request from us. The car rental service was good. Driver Sohail took good care of us and was a careful driver.
The so called Italian restaurant and Firdaus were a disappointment. The towels in the rooms or swimming pool need to be replaced ASAP.
I had a great experience with Taj Krishna during my stay. All the staff were very kind and cooperative. I am glad to highlight the staff's names here: Mr. Sushant and Mr. Dominic, who were so kind and provided good customer service.
Shocked at the poor standards of housekeeping at Taj Krishna. Had left some clothes on the bed for ironing at 0830h in morning with the form filled up, expecting the clothes to be pressed and ready on my return from work in evening. To my dismay, the housekeeping staff had just dumped the clothes on the table, cleaned the room and left! So unprofessional, not expected from a Taj group hotel
Ambience is good. Staff are polite. Really loved the stay here. Special thanks to Mr.harinath Mr.cap Dominic, Mr. Rohit, Mr. Sushant, Mr. Imtiyaz for their exceptional service during breakfast.
Hotel was very well organized. We had smooth check in and check out . Food was great and served by team of Pathak, sushant ,Diminic and floor manager .it was all very sincere and hospitality at its best . Thank you team

The lobby
The room, it is not value for money. The AC is not working and we need to change the room in the midnight which is affected our sleep. We had a flight at early morning and we were unable to sleep that night.
Best service. Enjoyed the ambience. Recommend for others to visit.

Taj Krishnan is supposed to be flagship property of GVK Group. It’s known for huge space in heart of city and taste of food used to be very good.
I still remember that on inauguration of our Office in Hyderabad in 2013, just couple of days after bombasts in Hyderabad, we arranged program in Taj Krishna and expected audience is of below 600 (Ballroom capacity). Unexpectedly, more than 1000 people turned up and Taj Krishna management had put up giant screens in the lawns and around 500 people watched program on giant screens in the lawns of the hotel. Such as quick action and support by Team in 2013.
However, such service is not there now and taste of food is not upto Taj Krishna standards. I’m sure, management will take constructive steps to improve service standards and taste of food.
So we went for dinner at Firdaus in Taj Krishna and since it was our anniversary, the staff there including Farhat, Anamika, Savita and Manas arranged the table in a beautiful way, greeted us, made sure we felt absolutely at home and taken care of.
The live music added to the already exceptional charm.
We even got a complimentary cake that we cut while the musicians played a song for us and congratulated us.
It was a really special evening indeed.
