Pros:

I initially moved from Sheraton FD to Taj Krishna to relive a past memory, planning to stay for just two nights. However, meeting Vincent completely changed the course of my stay.

His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a strong impact that what was meant to be a short visit turned into an 11-night stay. From encouraging me to extend my booking to ensuring I felt comfortable enough to even upgrade my room after the first night, Vincent played a key role in shaping this experience.

I can confidently say that my entire 11-night stay was largely because of Vincent. I would have happily stayed even longer if my personal circumstances had allowed it.

Megha in reception was also very helpful throughout my stay and added to the overall experience.

We had a lovely stay. Taj is our top choice for staying anywhere we travel. The service is fantastic and during this stay it was made memorable by Chef Pradeep who arranged for customised dishes and served by Pathak ji who was very attentive and cordial.

Splendid stay at Banjara Hills area.
Pros:

Always delighted to be at Taj Krishna. A hotel that would charm each and every guest with impecable hospitality and the great atmosphere amd positive vibe this place has. Right from the checkin, every moment in the hotel is memorable. The pool side is one of the best with spectacular walking area around. Additionally, the resturant staff and the housekeeping personals makes every guest feel at home. A must visit.

Great dining experience
Pros:

We checked in very late due to travel and other circumstances. We went for dinner and the staffs are all very welcoming. The experience was very refreshing after a tiring long journey. Kudos to entire staffs especially Pathak, Amul and Shruti for their inviting and welcoming service. Truly a great start of the stay.

Amazing Stay and Super Service and Food - Wah Taj

We visited Taj Krishna on pleasure trip and was mesmerized by the stay, service and overall experience. Special Thanks to "Shefali" from the front desk for giving us an upgrade. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Shefali, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality set the tone for my entire stay. What truly stood out was the perfect balance of efficiency and warmth. Check-in was seamless, yet never rushed, and Shefali took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and informed about the hotel’s amenities.

Shefali transformed what could have been a routine interaction into a memorable experience, making me feel not just like a guest, but truly valued.

Also dined at 2 restaurants - Firdaus and Alfresco and was truly an amazing experience with the food (Dum Biryani is a must try). Special Thanks to "Fahad" from Alfresco who assisted us in customizing the menu for my daughter and went out of the way to arrange the request. He is great guy and true champion and surely Taj is blessed to have such people with them. Their ability to remain calm and courteous, even during busy moments, reflects the highest standards of service one expects from a luxury property. It’s rare to encounter someone who embodies both the elegance and the heart of true hospitality.

Rooms were spot clean and great location to have few malls close by for shopping. Swimming pool was amazing and well maintained. Breakfast was 10/10 and service staff in Encounters were like superman/women responding to all that was asked in seconds. Amazed with such service and dedication. Would definitely love to visit again.

I would highly recommend this hotel not only for its world-class facilities but also for the exceptional service provided by its team such as Shefali, Fahad and entire Encounters team who are a shining example of 5-star excellence.
