Taj Krishna Sets the Gold Standard for Breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad was truly exceptional. The spread was excellent, but what stood out the most was the outstanding service provided by Pathak. He was attentive, warm, and ensured that our experience was memorable from start to finish.

A special mention must go to the dosa-it was, without a doubt, the best dosa I have had at any Taj hotel across the world. Perfectly crisp, flavorful, and made with great care, it was an absolute delight.

Thank you to the entire breakfast team at Taj Krishna for such a wonderful start to the day, and especially to Pathak for his commendable hospitality. Experiences like these are what make guests look forward to returning.

Location is good. property is very huge and gives a heritage vibe. Rooms are showing its age and staff needs some training as it feels they are only after getting tips. Although, front desk staff were great. THERE WERE MOSQUITOES IN ROOM and also some foul smell

I especially want to thank *Rohit, Sushant, and Umesh* for their outstanding service, warm gestures, and genuine greetings. *Shalini at the front desk* was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

The entire team was heartwarming, caring, and went out of their way to make us feel special. You can tell they truly love what they do. Excellent people to have around — we felt looked after the whole time.

Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Lunch and Spa at Taj Krishna
Pros:

Had a Wonderful time at Firdaus. The Resturant is very aesthetic and hospitality by Mr. Reddy and Ms. Savita was top notch. The food specially the Biryani and Double ka meetha was finger kicking food.

Had a wonderful session at J Wellness. Special mention to Ms. Madhvi the Director of Spa and the two hardworking masseuses Ms. Phon and Ms. Tenyi was their massage.

I attended high tea at Taj and would like to especially appreciate Amul Kumar for his excellent service. He was courteous, attentive, and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. In particular, he kindly arranged to replace bacon with chicken, which was greatly appreciated.
While the service deserves a 5-star rating, the overall high tea experience was disappointing. The table decorations included worn-out flowers, which detracted from the ambiance. Additionally, most of the appetizers lacked variety, with mutton kheema being the predominant ingredient in nearly every item. A broader selection of ingredients and fresher presentation would significantly improve the experience.

What truly sets the experience apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for — a true reflection of the remarkable values instilled by the management. Warm, welcoming, and attentive perfectly describe the team.
Our experience began with the reservation desk, where Siddesh was an absolute pleasure to interact with. His in-depth knowledge of the property, professionalism, and prompt assistance made the booking experience seamless and reassuring.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Shalini at the reception, who graciously guided us through the property, explained the services available, and ensured we were comfortably settled into our rooms. Her courteous and thoughtful approach instantly made us feel at home.
At the dining area, Pathakji, Fahad, and Rohit elevated our experience even further with their impeccable service and attention to detail. From ensuring the food was served perfectly hot to thoughtfully checking that our little one was comfortable and warm, every small gesture reflected genuine care. Their attentive service gave the entire experience a wonderful homely touch that made our stay even more memorable.
