Buffet at Encounters
Pros:

I went with family for dinner. Good buffet at Encounters restaurant. Mutton Biryani was very good. I loved Mutton Curry. Simple spread but fantastic taste.

Service was top notch. Amul, Karin, and Stella took good care of us.

Manoj made us feel very welcome at Check in and every interaction with the staff was great! Madhusudan took fantastic care at Golden Dragon and made my Son's birthday celebration more special. This is my place of choice for all Hyderabad trips!!

Wah Taj, Always !
Pros:

Had yet another great experience at the Taj Krishna. Having had a privilege staying at over 10 TAJ Hotels, across India, the standards we experience are the minimum we expect everywhere else too bit something we don't get. And we resolve to come back to Taj. Keep it up.

Pros:

The hotel property is old but big and pretty built. The services were on top. We celebrated my best friend’s birthday and they took care of all our wishes well. Very polite and courteous staff. Thanks for a lovely stay. Special thanks to arshiya and another girl from front desk. They helped us in getting an upgrade.

Pathetic and over priced.
Pros:

Our experience at Taj Krishna was very disappointing, especially the administrative aspect. It was quite upsetting to notice what appeared to be discrimination between guests. I fail to understand the reason behind it.
It was also unpleasant to experience loud music on Valentine’s Day. The breakfast lacked a proper menu, with very limited variety and the same food being served daily.
The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, this has been our worst experience at any Taj property.
