Short stay ok don't expect luxury
Pros:

Good property was there for a night didn't explore the property much but the staff at the desk needs to be more attentive specially to platinum members felt little unwelcoming your loyalty has to be valued which this property lacked the font desk needs training and the bell desk needs to guide the guests to the elevator or rooms I felt lost and then had to ask which way is my room not that the peoperty was super busy and I checked in late so just not the tajness felt....

Modern living with an old world charm
Pros:

An absolutely fantastic experience. A hotel renovated with all the modern amenities and yet keeps the old world charm intact. The infrastructure, staff , service live up to their expectations. The buffet spread in their restaurant is quite elaborate.
The open green area is adequate and the interiors are tastefully done as well .
Greeted warmly by Harmanpreet at the reception and served with affection at Encounter by Sushant.
A highly recommended property amongst the high end ones at hyderabad.

Had an amazing time with my family in TAJ Krishna

It was a pleasant stay and all the amenities were very good. The service by Mr.Dominic, Mr.Sushanth and Mr.Harinath were exceptional. We have always admired the hospitality and courteousness of Staff from TAJ and TAJ Krishna was no exception to that. The food was unbelievably good. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Simple - Exquisite - Homely - That's Taj Krishna
Pros:

It is very difficult for me to put into words that how was my experience at the Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, solely because I don't know where to begin. I was travelling with my parents, before my arrival, the room was conscientiously chosen and deeply cleaned by the efforts of the Duty Manager (Ms Megha). My parents have asthma and the same was brought to the Notice of the Duty Manager and she left no stones unturned regarding the cleanliness of the room. Moreover, the view from the room was simply spectacular and the same cannot be put into words.
I received a very courteous and swift check-in and check-out and Vincent at the reception was extremely warm and helpful. The ancillary services provided at Taj Krishna is really good. I used the Travel Desk in order to have a car and Mr Dinesh, comprehensively took note of my requirements and provided me with unprecedented service. My car's driver Mr Srinu was thoroughly professional and took great care of my parents. He went above and beyond his brief in order to provide great service to my family.
The ambiance of the Hotel is very calm and scenic. Great effort has been taken by the staff to make the gardens and the pool look elegant and exquisite. I personally experienced the restaurant during breakfast, and it was working at a 100% capacity. Be that as it may, the restaurant staff were exceedingly courteous to serve the guests.
My parents had dinner in the restaurant, wherein Kaisa and Kareem provided great service with a heart warming smile, warm company and insightful local knowledge. The food menu was very interesting. Local dishes were celebrated in the menu. Very refreshing for the palate and very light for the gut. Anvesha at the Lobby welcomed us with unparalleled professionalism and a warm smile. My mother was struggling to walk at the juncture when we arrived and Anvesha, very swiftly arranged a wheelchair for us.
Apart from the hard working staff members mentioned above - each and every individual associated with that hotel - were committed towards their service (including In-room dining, housekeeping, concierge service) and the guest could feel, experience and acknowledge their hard work.
One thing that puts Taj Krishna apart from others - is that it is simple. It is unpretentious. It is like a home away from home. In my experience at staying at various hotels across the world, it is perhaps the best compliment for the Hotel that it reminds the guest of his home. It is very difficult in this world to be simple - and the Grand Old Taj manages to do that.

Calm, luxurious stay at Taj Krishna
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Krishna in Banjara Hills, with easy access to major monuments and markets. Despite being located in a busy business district, the hotel feels calm, quiet, and very relaxing once you step inside.

We were pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade, and the spacious room made our stay even more enjoyable. Our package included most amenities, and we truly felt pampered throughout—almost like royalty.

The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and great service. We were initially concerned about the spice levels (given Hyderabad’s reputation), but the staff were very accommodating and customized dishes to suit our preferences perfectly.

The swimming pool is large, clean, and very well maintained. The gym was in the process of relocation during our stay, so a few machines were not yet set up, but this seemed temporary.

A special thanks to Arunima, Umesh, Sheshank, and Ujwalla for their exceptional hospitality. Many others also made our stay memorable—apologies for not mentioning everyone by name.

Overall, it was a fantastic staycation experience for all of us, and we would definitely recommend it.

**Tip:** Be a bit cautious when using the in-house travel desk, as some drivers may prioritize shop commissions over giving you the best sightseeing experience.

Another fantastic stay at Taj Krishna. I have stayed here multiple times, and continues to be a place to go to when I’m in Hyderabad. Consistency in service is endearing. I would like to highlighted the efforts of Nandu, Prashant and Pranaya in making this stay comfortable.

First time stay at Taj Krishna for our 32nd Anniversary.
Pros:

Food at Golden Dragon was par excellence. My wife and I enjoyed the four course Veg Chinese dishes. Only issue was with the over user King Size Bed. It was sinking and had no firmness whatsoever, couldn't sleep well. And the AC was not effective even after settling it to 21 C. And no fan. It was too late to change room or ask for any assistance.

We had a wonderful experience at Encounters, Taj Krishna today. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive.

A special thanks to Amul, Umesh, Zuii, Stella, and Arina for making our visit so memorable. Their hospitality truly stood out.

We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and the complimentary cake was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. It made our celebration even more special.
