It was a one night stay (solo). I had an excellent experience
Pros:

Excellent ambience, good at the reception, rooms are excellent.
Food at the "Encounters" had a good range and very tasty south and north Indian flavors. Pathak especially was very courteous and gave a good service.

The best in Hyderabad and Must Stay and Must Eat

I come often for my business trips and everytime the warmth and calmness and hospitality the staff brings is amazing. I have tried all the restaurants but Amol and Chef Uday Thapa from the Indian restaurant are just the best! What a chef he made the world's best mashed potato with roast chicken the perfect spicy one and Amol has been very kind to make sure all my food preferences are taken care of. More reasons for me to come back next time and try their Italian Cuisine ♥️🙏🏻

A beautiful oasis in the middle of a busy metropolis
Pros:

This city hotel simply amazed me as it had the wonderful mix of being a quiet resort, the kind that one may find in a hill station, while being right in the middle of the city centre of a busy metropolis. The decor and ambience was again a mixture of traditional Indian and European. In this regard, I must make a mention of the Italian marble statues that line the hallway. They were exquisite works of art.

The gardens were beautifully horticultured, with a modern spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi is one corner of it. The spa is very well made and has a wide variety to offer, especially Indian ayurvedic massage therapies. The fitness gym, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi (three variety - cold, hot and salty) were used extensively by the guests. I specifically found sitting in the hot jacuzzi very relaxing. Try it!

As I had requested a room with a nice view, the hotel accommodated me on the top floor, in the central wing where I had a clear view of the Hussein Sagar lake. The view at night-time was awesome.

The hotel has 4 restaurants - Encounters, which is the multicuisine restaurant where the breakfast is also served; Golden Dragon, the ever busy Chinese restaurant; Firdaus, the Indian Restaurant with traditional Nizam Hyderabadi flavour, and Al Francesco, the open garden Italian Restaurant. As both Golden Dragon and Firdaus were full when I went for dinner, I went to relatively vacant Al Francesco and was amazed at the Ravioli Ricotta con Salsa pasta and the Tiramisu con Granita al Caffe. In the midst of the other restaurants, I felt that this restaurant gets ignored but I recommend it as a first try. The ambience is also fantastic as it is a garden restaurant and the evening breeze is refreshing. It was a dinner to remember!

The breakfast spread is extensive, with a wide variety. The staff is very courteous. An open air garden sitting arrangement is also present. I took this option and was pleasantly surprised by very friendly pigeons, who were just as appreciative of the good food as I was. I remembered that IHCL is a Tata brand that promotes affection to all animals. Being an ardent animal lover, this was a wonderful thing to experience. Try this too! The live flute session by Mr Durrani during breakfast on both days was amazing

Overall, I simply loved the experience and felt that my 2 day professional visit to the city was too short for me to enjoy all that Taj Krishna had to offer, making another visit imperative.

Slow lunch
Pros:

What a fine afternoon with family at al fresco. Cannot miss mentioning Mr. Dominic, Amul, Riya, Shivam and Chef Gopi for the warm service and the delicious food.
