I liked the location, booked it purely because it was near the bus station we needed the following morning and it was cheap which was great as we literally stayed to sleep. Arrived late at night, nearly midnight, then left early for our bus at 8am. It was clean and spacious for what we needed
The beds felt like a sheet on top of a stack of cardboard. Very thankful we weren’t staying there more than one night because it was so uncomfortable could barely sleep.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the location of an event I was attending in Hanoi. For this it was a good location.
The elevator in the hotel makes a really loud "ping" noise that is hearable all through the building. The first night I had a room right next to the elevator and could almost not sleep. I changed to another room for the next few nights, but it was still herable and there was a lot of construction noise. If you have a light sleep I can NOT recommend this place. In the room I stayed in the first night the Toilet seat had not been cleaned and there were still "sprinkles" from the previous guest.
I needed to visit the French International hospital and this was an ideal location. The staff were really helpful even though the booking didn't show on their system.
This hotel is reasonably priced and clean. However, it is not good for foreigners. For example, they don't acknowledge booking sites like Hotel.com. Also, the staff are not friendly.
