perfecto para descansar y salir al compromiso que te llevo a esa ciudad.
Pros:

ubicación muy cerca de la Arena Monterrey y de negocios del centro o sobre la calzada madero.
ademas de seguro, ya que el accceso principal lo cierran a las 11pm y solo puede uno entrar por el estacionamiento previa identificacion.

Cons:

poner un poco mas de vigilancia en que se respete el ruido o volumen alto en las habitaciones contiguas.

Sus instalaciones, el desayuno la atención del guardia de la noche y el recepcionista de la mañana súper atentos

El día 23 llegué al hotel y el personal de la noche muy grosero no contesta el saludo y responden de mala gana lo que preguntamos nos hospedamos 2 noches y las instalaciones excelentes pero el personal deja mucho que desear a comparación del guardia y el recepcionista de la mañana muy atentos

Mal servicio y pésimo desayuno incluido.

En si la habitación es cómoda pero hubo detalles que no me gustaron.

Cons:

Hubo varias fallas desde que llegamos, la habitación que nos ofrecieron no estaba limpia y nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y ya que nos movimos, no había agua caliente (se resolvió) pero tampoco servía el contacto del baño para poderme secar el cabello y conectar mi plancha de cabello y tardaron varios días en arreglarlo (un día antes de dejar el hotel). Pero lo peor de todo fue el "desayuno incluido" que ofrecen con la reservación.. solo es fruta, pan, café y jugo pero las bebidas están fatales. Y la zona en la que se encuentra el hotel no es muy segura.
