The room was decent cold air 👌.

Cons:

To many to list , but here's a few. Staff not very helpful no Wi-Fi, TV to small from the 90s only a few channels, commode seat broken, electric outlet behind lamp broken, please note this hotel has a contract to house traveling immigrants there must have been close to 100 men in the small parking area halls and front desk area on arrival and 150 when leaving this is the second time I've seen this and have nothing against it, but the business needs to have some sort of notice before booking if you're traveling with family for pleasure this is not the place.

De hecho lo que no me gusto no fue el hotel en si, si no que nos toco de vecinos a una familia con muchos niños y desde muy temprano estaban jugando y gritando muy fuerte y se escuchaba todo el ruido qué tenían y corriendo por el pasillo

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel

Pésimo todo!! El peor hotel de mi vida.
Llegamos y tenía 300 personas en el lobby y estacionamiento. Me sentí muy muy incomoda. Hubo faltas de respeto hacia mi hija. Si quieren hacer ese tipo de trabajo, dejen de aceptar familias

Estaba haciendo un viaje de cdmx a mty reserve 2 habitaciones dede las 4pm llegue al rededor de las 11pm me hablaron alas 1050 pm aprox para decir que solo tenían 1 habitación con 2 camas y me cancelaron según esto la reservación muy mal servicio
