La ducha apenas tenía presión, la habitación daba a un patio de luces con algún tipo de maquinaria que hacia ruido toda la noche. Estuvimos con la ola de calor y por el ruido no se podía mantener abierta la ventana de noche. Dejaron un ventilador en el cuarto que si lo encendías se caia todo el rato, y no se podíq dejar puesto asì que fue un horno... Las camas eran cómodas y estaba limpio. Una realidad decepcionante teniendo en cuenta el precio y las fotos

There are no window ,no air,no air-conditioning,rooms are not like in the pictures and was expen6like 5 stars hotel.In front of the hotel is full of drogue dealers and people drunk
Good location nr Connolly station and Custom House Quay for public transport options.
Hotel is a bit of a maze to navigate. I was on the top floor and as it's very warm atm, with the windows open you can hear the train screech past. However, both of these are minor points in truth.
Great hotel staff looks after us all the time i would call it our second home love it.
A fridge in room would have been useful.

Was able to drop off my bags early and when i arrived (late-ish in the night) they had the bag close and found it quickly.
i then stepped out for food (had been working all day) and when i returned, was let straight in no questions asked (others had to present key/room number as proof of ID effectively)
