Nice location
Pros:

Great location and excellent breakfast. Matthew at my check out very good

Cons:

Check in experience was very poor. I could not read the staff members name but my check in was 3:30pm Saturday 19/06/26. This staff member needs additional training or switched to different duties. No advice on how to get to room or breakfast time etc.

Had a lovely stay at Beresford Hotel. A special thanks to Atif, who was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He personally guided us to our room, made sure we were comfortable, and asked if there was anything else we needed. He was also very open to adjustments and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Atif, for your kindness and professionalism!

Pros:

Breakfast and bar food was quality

Cons:

Mattress was way way too soft couldn't sleep much used too a hard mattress. Tv didn't work either and didn't get it sorted the next morning when you pay what we paid you'd expect the TV too be working

Nice hotel that needs a mop
Pros:

Very friendly staff greeted us. The location is so convenient to Connolly Rail Station. 3 minute walk. Once we got out of the lift on our floor, there were 3 steps up to the corridor where our room was located. The bathroom is very nice - large lighted mirror, fluffy towels and a ledge for belongings plus a hook on the back of the door. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the floors were gritty and sticky. Eww. The room was stifling and it took 2 phone calls to get a fan brought up at 11:30pm. There were no guests and 3 people at the desk?? 30 minutes is too long.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le centre de Dublin est accessible à pied et beaucoup d'arrêts de bus à proximité. La chambre était grande.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le personnel est très froid et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Revoir absolument l'insonorisation !
