The location was very good, the room was clean and the staff were helpful.
Our room was dated, it was nothing like the pictures on booking.com. It was very old style, almost like titanic era, the bathroom was dated and the panel on the bath was broken. Had we have been staying longer I would have asked to move rooms.

The ceiling seemed thin as was woken up by the person upstairs walking around their room .

It was all good.
Pillows were perfect - very comfortable.
Mattress was weird, but luckily I was on my own so ok, if I was with my husband I'd have has trouble sleeping as mattress quite wobbly (i have suffer with really bad motion sickness)
Room was adequate for 1 night. No sugar for tea. Carpet smelt like off milk at foot of bed like something may have been spilt but not cleaned properly.
Next to train line but noise was not an issue until 6.30am.
What did wake me up at 4am was the heating(?), the constant droning noise which woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep.
Overall for 1 night it was value for money, but i wouldn't want to stay longer or with my husband (sorry husband)
The bar and public areas are updated but the bedrooms a little dated
Telly wouldn’t work and only free channels and couldn’t access Netflix. We he ad a very small room and at 6 am you could the people upstairs walking around the room the floor was creaking like mad and woke us up

The hotel is close to public transit, the Dublin Convention Center and the party district without being situated in the middle of the fun. The food was decent, the staff was helpful and polite and there are some fine restaurants and pubs nearby as well.
My room looked like my great-aunt's guest room: it was clean-ish, hopelessly old-fashioned and it lacked basic amenities, such as a mini fridge, a hair dryer, climate control or an extra set of blankets. The bed was awfully soft and uncomfortable.
The neighborhood was downright unsafe, though; intoxicated homeless people hang out in front of and around the hotel. I was warned about regular muggings by a taxi driver. Do not stay here as a woman traveling solo.
Hermoso hotel, instalaciones muy cómodas, habitaciones muy cómodas también! El personal de recepción muy amable , destaco la atención de Robert y Mathew. Espero no equivocarme con los nombres, Robert era rubio de anteojos y estaba por viajar a Buenos Aires! Muy amables desde el primer momento.
