One of the ladies at the front desk, Heta, was extremely kind and friendly. She accommodated us to another room after the first room we stayed in was too humid. The second room was much better.

Reasonable price, pretty good location could use some improvements in the breakfast area

I liked the free parking

Cons:

There was rust or staining around the plug hole in the bath and when it came to checkout there wasn’t anyone o. The seat even though it was close to the checkout time but after a few minutes someone did turn up. Also I don’t like that hotels use styrofoam plates and plastic knives and forks, they are not good for the environment and they’re not practical for such things as trying to butter your toast with cold butter or even trying to cut a sausage.

Beds weren’t comfortable, one bed squeaked everytime you moved, elevators were a little scary and the water tasted horrible.

Pros:

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds and good shower water pressure. What more do you need?
