I didn’t like the fact that they gave me a room that stinks really bad it smelled like wet mold mildew and musky all in one so I asked the manager could I burn a candle he said it’s a fire hazard so I asked him why do it smells like that his said because it use to rain in there so why would the hell you give me a room with a odor so strong you could in sick 🤢 going to the hospital causing health problems instead of you just giving me another room you rather make money off the room so it took for me come back 1:00am to the hotel to ask the white girl in the front to give me another room at least she did offer some spray which is I don’t know what it was going to help with the way it smells it need to be torn out but the room she give me it smelled so new clean and fresh by him being the manager/ owner you knew damn better then that

Pros:

traveled here by plane and then rideshare; could not pick two selections for that option
game room closed
app did not record my info/points so I need to call to get them instated
bathroom sink was clogged but staff very quick to fix it perfectly when mentioned

Cons:

said they had extra toiletries upon request but didn't have a razor when asked
not enough shelves in tub for soap bars
couldn't figure out streaming (netflix) on tv

Ubicación y amabilidad
Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad de sus empleados.

Cons:

No tendían la cama todos los días, había que avisar para que lo hicieran, eso no me gustó, porque se supone que debe ser todos los días.

El aire acondicionado ya está viejo, suena muy duro y el aroma que deja, no es el mejor.

Cons:

We hadden vertraging met het vliegtuig, dus waren we laat toegekomen. De receptionist was niet aanwezig. Er stond ook geen belletje ofzo waardoor je kon laten weten dat je aanwezig was. Na een half uur kwam er eindelijk iemand ter plaatse (die haar wel verontschuldigde).

Pros:

Desayuno Excelente. Muy buena atenciòn por parte del personal. Muy buena ubicación, entre Orlando y Kissimmee. Cerca de todo: Puestos de Gasolina, Shopping, Supermercados, Restaurantes, etc. Lugar bien tranquilo.
