Pros:

Super convenient and safe — just a 2-minute walk from the station, which was great.
But they didn’t replace the towels, didn’t clean the room, and I had to ask for water myself.
Honestly, it was ridiculous that I had to ask for extra towels instead of them just providing them. Like, is that really how it’s supposed to be?
Most of the staff were super nice, except for a few.
But the hotel’s overall service system or policy seriously needs some improvement.

スタッフの方はフロントもお掃除もお食事の方も、みんな感じよかった。フロント前にハーブティーのティーバッグや基礎化粧品があり、ありがたかった。

お部屋はツインルームで、ベットも広く、くつろげるソファ等スペースもあり、居心地が良かった。衣類を除菌したり消臭したりできる機器が備え付けてあり、服は少なめに持ってきてたので、とても助かった。

朝ごはんはバイキングで、洋食も和食もあり、フルーツやデザートも豊富。どれもおいしかった。

強いて言うなら、バスルームのお風呂の扉が透明じゃない方がありがたかった(連れの人が洗面所に出入りしにくい)。トイレの中に手を洗う場所があるのはありがたいが、ついでにハンドソープとタオルもあると、なおありがたい。

とはいえ、割と低価格な方な割に、全体にとても満足しました！同じ系列が全国にあるなら、いつも選ぶと思います。

Excellent location, Perfect for families.
Pros:

This is our second time staying here during our family trip to Fukuoka. The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from Hakata Station. The room setup—with two double beds and a sofa bed—is perfect for families.

However, I’d like to highlight a discrepancy regarding the breakfast policy. When booking through Hotels.com, it stated that breakfast was included for 4 guests (including children). But when we confirmed directly with the hotel, we were told that breakfast is only included for 3 guests, and children are charged separately.

To avoid any confusion, Hotels.com should clearly explain this policy during the booking process.

一開始因住在靠居酒屋側，偶爾房間會飄有燒烤味，反應後更換了房間，真的滿感謝，但房間真的偏潮濕，冷氣都要開到20度才沒有潮濕的感覺，但真的會冷死。
大體來說，鄰近車站很方便，房間是舒適的，希望打掃可以更再仔細一點。

The location of the hotel is great, 4 minutes from Hakata station. Check-in relatively easy but only with remote staff. We found a noodle stuck behind a lamp next to the bedside, which was rather disgusting and shows that cleaning isn't taken very seriously. We mentioned this at check-out but the staff didn't even apologize or feel surprised when I showed her the picture.

スタッフさんは感じが良く、対応もとても丁寧でした！
ただ、シャワーの水圧が少し弱いと感じたのと朝食会場にハエがずっといたのがマイナスポイントでした
でも、全体的にはすごくよかったのでまた福岡に来る時は利用させて頂きたいと思います！！
