Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist im ganzen Haus ansprechend und modern. Aufbettung der Zimmer ist super. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal ist nach unserem dafürhalten unterbesetzt. Dadurch war der CheckIn und Checkout massiv beeinträchtigt. 1 Person des Personals musste zugleich das öffentliche Tischbüfett (für externe Gäste und interne) in Betrieb halten (mit Kaffee verteilen) und zugleich die Rezeption am anderen Ende des Stockwerks betreuen. Die Fehler, die am Anfang im Check-in und dann beim Checkout logischerweise folgten (Verwechselte Zimmer etc.) wurden für unser Empfinden unprofessionell dem Gast angelastet ohne selbst zu reflektieren ob der Fehler im Ablauf lag. In Summe verbleibt ein Geschmäckle bei dem Preis und der Eindruck des Aufenthalts also ehr "medium-"

Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.
Pros:

Die sehr entspannende Atmosphäre, die hochwertigen Möbel, die ausgesprochen gemütlichen Betten, das sehr viel verbaute Holz und die sehr, sehr freundlichen Inhaber und Mitarbeitenden.
Es war die Wertschätzung, die dem Gast entgegengebracht wurde, gewürzt mit liebenswertem Humor, der vermittelt, dass man auch beim ersten Besuch bereits ein Stammgast ist, da er auf vertrauensvoller Basis beruhte.
Auch das Essen in dem sehr gemütlichen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts, was zu kritisieren gewesen wäre.
