Le réceptionniste du jour de mon arrivée a fait un travail exceptionnel et a fait preuve d'une grande sympathie augmenter le (dommage les partenaires de nuit n'était pas fourni avec la suite)

It's a 3-star, so you can't have too many expectations. The staff was kind and helpful. I had an early check-in, and although they did let me in earlier, they had me wait an extra hour just for the cleaner to vacuum my room. I have family experience with tourism rentals, and with that size of a room, vacuuming takes 10 minutes max. The swimming pool area is a bit run-down and needs some upgrading, but the water was clean and at a good temperature. The AC in the rooms worked well, but from an ecological POV, they are old and not efficient, so the management would definitely benefit from upgrading them and saving a good amount on energy costs. Be careful with the open breakfast since it looks like it is included because you get free coffee, but you actually have to pay for it. Because it was not clear to me, one morning I had a yoghurt and a piece of bread with my coffee, and next thing I know at checkout, I was asked to pay $20 for that. I explained and refused, and the front-desk staff understood it and were kind not to charge me. The staff is probably the best part of the experience, and overall, I can recommend staying here.

The staff were super helpful with late check in and the bathrooms have clearly been remodelled with a great shower system. Would definitely recommend spending the extra for a superior room- lovely little balcony.
Air conditioning worked great, good amount of storage cupboards which had actually been cleaned.
The only downside is the decor in the hallways and stairway area is outdated, the lift is tiny, the curtains and room decor are also a bit outdated - great if you really like the old fashioned retro look. However that is very minor as it was good value for money and a great distance to everything (train station, centre, beach etc) be warned: an uphill walk to get there, but again this is not too bad as it’s easier in reverse. Area it is located in overall is acceptable.

Staff very helpful. Some nice touches like 24 hour coffees and pastries often left out for guests .

Chambre très bien mais le lit n’était absolument pas confortable. Absolument pas isolé phoniquement. On entendait tout ce qui se passer dehors même avec les volets et la baie vitrée fermé.

Hotel agreable et bien placé.
Probleme sur le petit déjeuner : il est supposé commencer à 7.30, or à 7.45 il n'avait pas ouvert.
J'ai donc payé par avance 15 euros, et j'ai du partir sans avoir pris de petit dejeuner, ayant des rdv.

Dette hotellet var ikke som før. Bodd her flere ganger før Covid og da var det bra service, rengjøring etc. Men nå var det meste dårlig spesielt renhold av rom og fellesområde .

Lovely hotel in good location. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice balcony, swimming pool and a hot tub. Good breakfast selection. We would stay here again.

Petit hôtel très bien situé à Cannes. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. Propreté impeccable. Personnel très accueillant et gentil.

Bien, en rapport avec le budget

Parking is ok. Flexible with late check in as long as you inform them. Friendly reception desk. A little far from the Cannes film festival area. Rooms are average but good for a night or two. Breakfast is nothing special. I like how the hotel has hot bevarage machine 24/7 so when you get in late, you can drink warm cocoa ans milk!

Tres bien

Piccola struttura carina e pulita, camere spaziose, personale molto gentile e cordiale. Situata a pochi passi dal centro ma fuori dal caos in una zona residenziale e tranquilla.
Sono stato fuori stagione e dalle 19.00 alle 7.30 di mattina la reception è chiusa non so se è così anche d’estate. Per me non è stato un problema ma in caso è meglio saperlo.

Mycket trevligt hotell! Glad och trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsam, samt duktiga på engelska så kommunikationen var inga problem. Rummet var bekvämt och välstädat, och hade en väl tilltagen garderob där vi kunde förvara våra ryggsäckar. Garaget ligger under hotellet och är låst, och de flesta platserna är rejäla i storlek.
Stranden var ca. 15 minuters promenad bort.
Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse!
