Pretty average and I used
Pros:

Breakfast was fine though i dont place
Much importance on it

Cons:

Staff are never around after 6pm, i left the phone ringing for over 10 minutes before anyone answered guest services.
This was after I had given up calling reception.

I tried to add a drink to my bill, was
Told this was not Possible as Radisson had a credit problem with its systems. This is awful !!!!!!

Location is simply the best

Cons:

I have never ever seen such a dirty towel during my stays in the hotels around the whole world, room was kinda dusty especially near the bed, bad light in the bathroom, inside of bottle for water was dirty and one of the cups has a chipped edge. Drinking from chipped cups is dangerous, so I don’t understand why they are provided in the rooms of 4 star hotel

Over all forventning og veldig fornøyd
Pros:

Et veldig koselig hotell med blide og hyggelige resepsjonister og ikke minst flotte rom. Det var stille og rolig. Beliggenheten er rett ved siden av t-bane/buss og det var lettvint med tanke på at jeg skulle pendle en del under oppholdet. Jeg er veldig fornøyd med alt og anbefaler dette hotellet! Gleder meg aller til neste gang :-)
