Pros:

I love the breakfast it was domething different everyday which was amazing.

Cons:

Paying or staying in a hotel that is under repairs where so you hear them drilling and the smell of the reconstruction of the rooms.

The room was very nice, but the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel will most likely be much better after their upgrades.
Pros:

The location was perfect to the venue we wanted to go to and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

The staff when we arrived was not very friendly and they were remodeling the hotel. This caused a lot of dust and fumes everywhere. You also had to walk through and in between the remodeling to get to your rooms with paint on the carpet in the hallways and a lot of noise. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable.
