WGI Finals Stay
Pros:

Room was clean, not worn out, comfy bed but smelled like smoke. Great location to Dayton Mall and UD Arena. Atmosphere was quiet.

Cons:

Shows wearing and a deep cleaning. Advertised continental breakfast, no breakfast of any kind was provided. Front desk said Wyndham no longer provided breakfast. Cigarette smoke was strong in the hallway.

Perfectly valued stay
Pros:

Good all around. The staff are compassionate and helpful, very accommodating. Property is nice n clean. Breakfast is decent, I had coffee. The manager, gm I assume is very intelligent, patient and detail oriented. Really good staff. Outstanding stay, we are extending.

We have a no smoking room. There are no roaches. No mild. No problems. We love our room. It is a discount place, it is a good value for the price.

If you have a smoking room, bugs are attracted to smoke for feeding. So in response to all of the 1 star reviews, I have observed the opposite. Clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

Atmo is chill and we like it that way. Location is close to everything but not in the direct flow of traffic.... perfect for quiet.

Very nice sized room, the higher bed sofa was very comfortable in good condition for being as old as it was the shower was fine. The bed was great. I just had an issue with using the coffee maker, the microwave and the refrigerator because there was 2 plugs for the 3 units, but you could only plug in one at a time because of the 3 prong situation They were too big to have chew in at the same time. So I had to keep unplugging each one to use a different unit.\n The overnight girl had no personality. She did not greet me. Do not thank me, and language barrier was a big issue. I really did not like the separate damage deposit to run Carl the second time and then wait a few days several days for it to come back to my account and not having that trust I gave $50 in cash to hold overnight, then waited for the woman to go check the room for her approval to get it. Back. That's not what I've dealt with anywhere else, not sure if I'll be back again.Even though overall stay was good

Pros:

Location was good, staff was readily available. One of the two beds was comfortable. Refrigerator was cold upon arrival.

Cons:

Walls were peeling off, especially in bathroom, and mildew surrounded tub area so I did not use shower!
