اعجبني قربه من المركز والميدان تصميم اللوبي وموقف السيارات
الغرف بحاجة لتحديث تبدو قديمة نسبةً لكون الفندق 5 نجوم ونقاط الكهرباء فالارض لكي تشحن الهاتف يجب ان تضعه على الارض! او لتسخين الماء عليك ان تنزل الجهاز للارض بدلًا من تركه على الطاولة وتسخين الماء!! وبحاجة للتركيز على نظافة الغرف اكثر .
Everything was perfect the staff was profesional i had to change dates because of flights and they understood the situation and change the dates with no extra fees

* موقع الفندق ممتاز جدًا، يقع في قلب المدينة وكل شيء قريب ويمكن الوصول إليه سيرًا على الأقدام.
* موظفو الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف وعمال النظافة ومعظم طاقم المطعم الا شخص واحد الله يستر عليها كانوا متعاونين جدًا ولطيفين ومحترفين.
* خدمة الغرف كانت سريعة للغاية.
* فريق النظافة كان متميزًا؛ الغرف نظيفة جدًا والموظفون متعاونون وبشوشون.
* الطابع الكلاسيكي (Vintage) للفندق جميل ويمنحه أجواءً مميزة
* لا توجد ماكينة قهوة داخل الغرف. في فندق خمس نجوم كنت أتوقع وجود ماكينة قهوة بدلًا من الاكتفاء بالقهوة سريعة التحضير.
* عزل الصوت ضعيف؛ يمكن سماع الأحاديث من الغرف المجاورة بوضوح.
* عدم وجود سبا مخصص للسيدات يُعتبر نقطة سلبية مهمة بالنسبة لي.
* المسبح صغير جدًا مقارنة بما هو متوقع من فندق خمس نجوم.
* الحمام التركي مشترك بين الرجال والنساء، وقد لا يكون ذلك مناسبًا لجميع النزلاء
