Good location and nicely maintained. Staff is very friendly from the lady working the morning breakfast to the cleaning and the front desk staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The bathtub had some caulking issues and I spoke to Chris about it and also showed him the pictures. He immediately filled out a work order. We weren’t upset or anything, we know things aren’t always perfect. It was nice to have somebody listen and take action.

Pros:

I enjoyed the stay at this motel. It's a nice place and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint - and this was not your fault - is the people in the room above us started making noise at 4 a.m. and continued until we left. So we didn't get much sleep. But we had a good time.

Would Definitely Recommend
Pros:

The hotel is around a 5 minute drive to East Allen Street, where many activities are located. The staff was extremely friendly and suggested places to see and activities to do. The room was very clean and fresh and included a microwave and mini fridge. The staff assisted with our luggage to our room located on the second floor. On the evening of our arrival, the hotel offered to show the movie Tombstone, since one person in my party had never seen it. It made for a very nice evening activity. Overall a great and memorable trip.

Cons:

They only have stairs. Granted, there are only 2 floors but this was completely unexpected and something I didn't even think about. One person in my party requires assistance walking, so going up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge, as was the luggage. We were offered a room on the first floor (very much appreciated) however, we declined due to rooms on the first floor are assigned to guests with pets.

Okay room.

Cons:

The room was entered by someone with a key Tuesday night after we were in bed. Someone at the front desk gave them the wrong room. There were no cups in the room for the coffee. No package with stir sticks and sugar that was not opened.
