It was a convenient location and a decent price for what it is.
Pros:

It had a pool although the vacuum/skimmer wasn’t operational the 3 days we were there. The temp was perfect tho-probably around 82°. The beds were comfortable & clean.

Cons:

It is a bit run down-poor paint patch up on walls, dirty window tracks, dead hanging flower baskets, we skimmed the pool each day because it wasn’t filtering, breakfast was ok, but no knives one day and out of meat the next day. The Indian/flute music at the pool was not to our liking.

Pretty good but...
Pros:

Older property near Boothill. There is no elevator so it's climb the steps to the second floor. The room was clean except for 2 used washcloths hanging on the shower rod. The TV was large but there are no USB ports in the room. Breakfast was ample but no fresh fruit. We appricated the seperate freezer compartment in the fridge, the coffee maker and quiet AC. Not so great was the lights being tied to one switch by the door.

The carpet in the room was in need of a good cleaning. My wife stepped on a small pebble found around the outside of the building.

Incredible desk staff
Pros:

The hotel staff were incredible, they changed my room to a downstairs room when I entered the lobby on crutches. I didn’t even ask them for that, they went above and beyond to help me after a challenging day. I appreciated that.
