I liked the breakfast they offer, it had enough choices for my whole family to comfortably eat breakfast. The lady handling breakfast was super sweet and the guy Friday morning was super helpful.
Besides one person it felt like any time I asked a question they didn't know what to say, it seemed like everyone was confused except one older lady. It's possible that they were just nervous I'm not sure.
It showed online that the pool was heated so my family was super excited to finally swim, after getting two kids ready we quickly found out that it was in fact NOT heated. This was a huge deal because the only reason we got a hotel and didn't drive home after visiting tombstone was so the kids could swim and have a good time. Super disappointed. Another thing that was kind of gross was my son walked around the hotel room with no shoes and his feet were instantly black. Wasn't a fan.
Beds are comfy. Rooms clean. Good peice.
The only thing I didn't like is that my room was located right above the smoking section outside so the cigarette smells would come right through the window and make the room stink so I have to close the windows.. so that was unfortunate but other then that everything else was good.
The breakfast was great!
No elevator to get to 2nd floor with lots of luggage...

I have a disability..and you don't have elevator. It was a real challenge to drag my luggage up and down the stairs.

We were met at the front desk by a guy named Chris. He welcomed us and was very pleasant to talk too. He started our stay, making it a nice environment.

Shower doesn't have wand, no shampoo, and slippery surface when getting out of bathtub style shower.
Very clean, quite and comfortable. The man who checked us out was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The sound on the TV did not work right away and the girl at the desk looked lost and inconvenienced when we asked for help.
Pleasant staff, comfortable room, bed was great, good location in the facility as well as close to local attractions. Continental breakfast was above expectation with a variety of items, including scrambled eggs and sausage.
I had 2 double beds, and one of them had a stain on the side of the bottom sheet - so I didn't sleep in that bed. I left a note for housekeeping that the stain was there when I arrived. I used the other bed. Had there been only one bed in the room I would have requested new bedding.

There is no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor (like we were) and you have a lot of luggage. You’re about to get not only your steps in……but a workout. It’s f you have kids, make them carry the bags. 🤣.
