The location is good, all the staff were courteous. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It’s not clean and is poorly maintained. The tub in our room had a dirty ring - it was not a stain-and the toilet seat was loose. The old furniture has been painted over and just looks dingy; one of the chairs had a broken arm, the buttons on the AC control panel were broken out. The USB plugs in the clock radio did not work, and that was the only USB outlet in the room, fortunately I brought my own power strip. The “western-themed breakfast buffet” is a continental breakfast with the standard waffle makers. The pool is not heated as advertised, and the hot tub outdoors was out of order.

Could not have asked for anything better!
Pros:

The staff and facilities were very nice and accommodating. On my first night I had an unruly neighbor and I asked the front desk to move me to another room and they did so without any hesitation. I greatly appreciate that. Wish I could’ve remembered the front desk, person‘s name. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything that I didn’t like.

No restaurants nearby. Are dinner from the frozen dinners in the case.
Large sticky substance on the side table that I had to scrub off.
Strike plate missing from room

Pros:

Good location and nicely maintained. Staff is very friendly from the lady working the morning breakfast to the cleaning and the front desk staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The bathtub had some caulking issues and I spoke to Chris about it and also showed him the pictures. He immediately filled out a work order. We weren’t upset or anything, we know things aren’t always perfect. It was nice to have somebody listen and take action.

Pros:

I enjoyed the stay at this motel. It's a nice place and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint - and this was not your fault - is the people in the room above us started making noise at 4 a.m. and continued until we left. So we didn't get much sleep. But we had a good time.
