The carpet in the room was in need of a good cleaning. My wife stepped on a small pebble found around the outside of the building.

Incredible desk staff
Pros:

The hotel staff were incredible, they changed my room to a downstairs room when I entered the lobby on crutches. I didn’t even ask them for that, they went above and beyond to help me after a challenging day. I appreciated that.

Pros:

Clean room, lots of parking spaces. TV remote only 1 and easy to use.

Cons:

Ice machine in hallway very noisy. Near rooms.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

Cons:

No elevator, but that really isn’t an issue as they have several stairways to go up, unlike an elevator.

The guests above our room had young children running an thumping an screaming but they did stop around 9:00 pm but started again at 6:00 am
