Une mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Chambre grande et confortable avec une vue mer
Personnel très aimable et agréable
Diversité des produits pour le buffet du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le coté usine de l'établissement avec un restaurant faisant plus penser à une cantine tellement c'est bruyant
La multitude d'options à des prix prohibitifs pour un hôtel classé cinq étoiles
Hôtel plus près d'un quatre étoiles, n'a de cinq étoiles que le nom
Le manque d'entretien global de l'établissement ( chambre nettoyée en trois minutes chrono, bloqué 40 minutes dans l'ascenseur avec un bouton d'alarme ne fonctionnant pas : avons été secouru grâce aux appel au 112 et aux clients qui ont prévenu l'accueil)

It was alright.
Pros:

Really good food and cleanliness.

Cons:

not everything was included in the all inclusive like some of the restaurants you only got a discount and at the places they had all inclusive not everything on the menu was included. Same with the drinks not everything was included in the all inclusive package. The Spa you had to pay for as well with the all inclusive package still.
