Excellent
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel. The pools were clean and plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels. We had a hot tub on the balcony and it was class. Food and drink was definitely top tier!

Cons:

Was a bit out of the way from the centre of where everything was. They had a shuttle bus but it only ran once a day at 11am and didn’t come back this way. Definitely could do with a shuttle bus running more often as we got taxis in and out and was costing 40 euro a night. Also could do with more options for dinner, two of the restaurants were far too dear to eat in each night.

החדר היה נקי, גדול ומרווח

Cons:

היו בעיות חשמל בחדר שגרמו לכך שלא היה וויפי רוב הזמן והמזגן נכבה באמצע הלילה, זה היה קשה מאוד בחום של טנריף.
בהשוואה למלונות אחרים בטנריף לא היו מספיק פעילויות במלון למבוגרים, מרגיש שזה מלון שמותאם לילדים בלבד.
הארוחת בוקר הייתה בינונית מאוד והיו זבובים מעל המזון.
המלון עצמו מרוחק. ציפינו ליותר!
