Хороший отель на второй линии. Необходимо почистить бассейны на виллах и освежить ремонт.
Pros:

Красивая территория с виллами, отличный завтрак, любезный персонал. Заселили в 10 утра, за что отдельное спасибо.

Cons:

Бассейн на вилле был не очень чистым + не работала циркуляция воды в бассейне. В зимний сезон солнце буквально на пару часов светило на территории виллы (за счет тени от стен и виллы) поэтому бассейн почти не прогревался и был прохладным.
Проход на пляж через соседние отели, шезлонгов не своих, а чужими пользоваться нельзя, если вдруг вам это важно.

Что реально понравилось:
👍 Территория: Огромная, зеленая и ухоженная. Приятно просто выйти из номера и прогуляться, ощущение полноценного ресорта.
👍 Номер: Внутри всё по стандарту хорошей пятерки. Особенно порадовала огромная двуспальная кровать и гигантская ванная — после долгих прогулок то, что нужно.
👍 Завтраки: Зачет. Выбор большой, всё вкусно, продукты свежие.
👍 SPA и массаж: Пожалуй, главный бонус. Качество массажа на высоте, а ценник для такого уровня отеля очень адекватный.

• 90 минут — 418 RMB (~5300 руб.)
Если будете здесь, обязательно сходите, оно того стоит.

Что могло быть лучше:
☀️ Бассейн: Вода была прохладной. Освежает, конечно, хорошо, но хотелось бы чуть теплее.
🚧 Ремонт: В некоторых частях отеля шли работы. Справедливости ради — шумом особо не донимали, дискомфорта минимум, но факт есть факт.
🌊 Пляж: Отель не на первой линии. Своих лежаков на берегу нет, так что формат «вышел из номера и упал в море» здесь не сработает.

Отличный отель для тихого отдыха вдвоём или семьёй. Брать первый этаж в корпусе или виллу.
Pros:

Сам отель прекрасен своей территорией. Я выбирал между Mariott, Hilton, MGM, Sheraton, Ritz-Carlton (все отели первой линии) Остановился именно на Pullman из-за шикарной территории и собственного балкона с лежаком и входа в бассейн прямо из своего номера на первом этаже. А до пляжа и дойти не проблема, он совсем рядом (а можно попросить на ресепшене подвезти, но ни разу не пользовался такой услугой). Номер убирался каждый день, как и менялось всё, что нужно: тапочки, халаты, полотенца, щётки, бритвы, спонжики и ушные палочки. Даже пакетики для женской гигиены. Бассейн убирается каждый день (с поверхности собираются листики, дно пылесосится специальным пылесосом) и работает с 9 до 21 (доступен то он круглосуточно, но у бассейна всегда должен дежурить спасатель, а он работает с 9 до 21) вода чистая и не вонючая. Вся сантехника работала исправно. Ничего не капало, напор воды хороший, канализация справлялась. Шикарная огромная кровать с хорошим матрасом и качественным бельём. Крепкая, удобная. Хотелось бы чуть больше холодильник, куда обязательно захочется поставить ещё пару бутылочек с чем-нибудь вкусным и положить свежие фрукты. Кондиционер справлялся и не шумел, ночью не мешал вовсе. В номере плотные гардины, получалось очень тихо и темно ночью, сон был замечательный.

Cons:

Все недостатки были связаны с тем, что буквально всё, кроме одного корпуса было закрыто на реконструкцию. Потому по территории погулять было нельзя, SPA, медцентр были закрыты и пр. Я понимаю, что мне не повезло попасть на этот период. Здорово, что руководство отеля прислушалось к отзывам своих клиентов. Большая часть отзывов очень хорошая, основной негатив был связан с тем, что отель уже давно не обновлялся. Теперь, после реконструкции, я думаю, этот отель будет вообще шикарен. Потому в недостатки не записываю состояние номера, как и говорят предыдущие отзывы, подтверждаю, что отель уже "подуставший", при этом всё работало исправно, но на 20206 год это уже будет не актуально, наоборот всё будет новое. Но сейчас смотрю цены на виллы, они уже выше, чем были в 2025-ом. И в реальные недостатки запишу только слабое освещение в номере, если нужно почитать, поработать, то это будет дискомфортно. Так же в 22:40 выключается освещение на балконе. Имейте это ввиду.

Hotel does not care about visitors
Pros:

Location is good. Clean

Cons:

Hotel is old . Maintenance was in progress when we arrived. Nobody told us about maintenance -dirt and noise (( Moreover we bought breakfast option on booking! But when we arrived we were told that breakfast option was not included.. Hotel staff does not care about comfort of visitors… if you have any problems nobody will help .

Абсолютное разочарование.
Думали бренд Пульман, но вместо 5и звезд
Получили все 2 звезды.

Cons:

На территории гостиницы идёт ремонт.
Шум, Пыль. Запах Краски.
Рабочие в грязной одежде по всему отелю.
В коридорах, в лифте.
Завтраки самые скудные, которые мы пробовали в Санье.
Это был наш 5 ый Отель.
Персонал абсолютно не говорил не то что на Русском, но даже на английском.
Интернет не работал.
ПЛЯЖА СВОЕГО НЕТ.
Минут 10 - 15 до соседних пляжей.
В конце ещё и Воду отрубили.
Вообщем выехали в Соли не мытые.
Багаж никто не забрал.
Если не хотите потратить в пустую деньги
И испортить себе настроение.
Держитесь подальше.

The hotel is under construction. Online photos do not accurately reflect current state.
Pros:

I booked this hotel because it seems to be one of the cheaper options and had good access to the beach. When I got here however, I had to be taken to a separate entrance because it turns out for the past three month the entire main entrance of the hotel has been under construction and this construction is not going to end any time soon. The entire front entrance, lobby, reception, dining hall were all blocked off. It was obvious that almost no one was living here. Despite this, they placed me in a fairly far corner of the hotel. When I raised these issues with the management, a service staff rudely told me to return the keys to them without addressing any of my concerns and tried to gaslight me by telling me that the construction was mentioned in the notice. They never mentioned the extensiveness of the construction nor said anything about block beach access. Also, the entire place was completely run-down with debris everywhere. It would be wise not to book this hotel.

Pros:

Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Le personnel est très sympa, malgré le fait qu’ils ne sachent pas s’exprimer en anglais, ils font beaucoup d’effort pour vous aider. (Ils nous prennent tous pour des russes …) mais il faut juste leur expliquer grâce à la traduction.

Cons:

1) il y a des travaux juste devant la piscine de 7h du matin à 22h le soir, ce qui rend la détente très pénible. Ceci dit, nous n’étions pas au courant que l’établissement est en rénovation…
2) la piscine n’est pas chauffée, l’eau est presque glaciale. La profondeur est correcte.
3) le petit déjeuné est correct mais pas beaucoup de choix, le petit déjeuné est redondant, tous les jours la même chose.
4) l’hôtel ne prévoit pas d’activité au bord de la piscine,… il n’y a rien à faire à l’hôtel.
5) le room service est bien mais beaucoup trop cher pour les quantités dérisoires qui y sont servies.
6) le wifi n’est pas très performant.

Je suis bien déçue de cet hôtel. Nous venons de loin et la déception est au rendez-vous. Nous avons été contraint de prolonger notre séjour dans cet établissement, ce n’est pas par choix.
