A lovely introduction to Andaulucia
Pros:

Great location - in the charming old town all close to reauraurants, shops and tourist attractions. Clean, modern rooms.

Cons:

A very minor issue but, compared to other hotels we've stayed in around Spain, there were limited gluten free options for breads - no pastries, only baguettes, which weren't great.

A great hotel in a great location! Would recommend!
Pros:

The locality was great - especially as a solo traveller, feeling safe is really important and the area around the hotel felt safe.

I have no complaints about anything - having the kettle and the coffee maker, along with the fridge was amazing!

The room was comfortable and I have never slept so well on holiday!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful - I had breakfast included and it was great value for money - plenty of choice and all of a high standard

Nothing - everything was great!

Pros:

Tutto perfetto.
Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dall’Alcazar e dalla Cattedrale.
La struttura è moderna, con stanza spaziosa e bagno con vasca e bidet.
Colazione varia sia dolce che salata.
Staff professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile.

It was a wonderful stay in a very good hotel
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is in the historic center, next to the Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
The staff was wonderful. They give us complimentary drinks on the arrival and a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Marta and Luis were very helpful, when I needed to confirm the train time, check-in for the flight and print boarding passes.

Cons:

Internet wasn't consistent. While we could get on some websites, other didn't work. Sometimes, though the connection was shown as existing, there was no connection at all.

Pros:

The hotel is confortable, well located, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

I stayed in annex suite, and the access is not very good. Besides, the hot water in the shower was not lasting long. We are a family of four and the hot water frequently stops flowing during bath time. The hotel staff was kind to try to solve but our stay was very short and we did not have time to have it fixed.

Pros:

Great location, close to major attractions, parks, and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was so-so and the walls were very thin so you could hear people from other rooms.

Mixed experience.
Pros:

Perfect location and the cleanliness of the hotel was at a good standard and the rooms were generally well maintained. However, the overall experience was mixed.

Cons:

The hospitality was average and nothing particularly memorable. One major downside is the poor sound insulation: noises from neighboring rooms and from the rooms above are clearly audible, almost as if they are happening inside your own room. In addition, the elevator noise is very noticeable, even though the elevator is not located close to the room.

Another important issue is accessibility. The stairs near the reception area are very inconvenient, especially if you are traveling with a baby or a stroller.

Considering the price we paid, the hotel does not offer good value for money. Overall, acceptable in terms of cleanliness, but comfort, accessibility, and value clearly need improvement.
