Pros:

Es ist etwas schwierig mit einem Auto das Hotel anzusteuern, da die Zufahrtsstraßen teilweise weniger als 2 m breit sind.
Das Personal ist aber per Telefon sehr hilfsbereit um ohne größere Probleme zu dem Hotel zu gelangen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Suite hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Auf dem Roof-Top gibt es Vielzahl an Liegestühlen und eine nette Bar.

Cons:

Der Früstücksraum entspricht nicht einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Man muss teilweise auf einen freien Tisch warten, sitzt auf kalten Plastikstühlen und der Abstand zu anderen Tisch ist äußerst gering. Auch die Qualität der Speisen ist nicht entsprechend.

Good location in the Santa Cruz area, wonderful valet parking but didn’t hire a car that’s too wide
Pros:

Breakfast is mediocre, issue with lack of alternatives
No oat milk however the reception staff did arrange for almond milk so that my wife could have some cereal
I don’t eat bacon or processed meats so also found breakfast on the disappointing side

Cons:

A mean sangria

die Anfahrt in die Altstadt ist spannend - aber das wussten wir zuvor und dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts....

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location, modern facilities with old world charm.
Pros:

The location was excellent and just a short walk from Casa de Flamenco, Real Alcázar and Cathedral. The room was comfortable with a nice outlook onto a small square with restaurants. Coffee machine and pods supplied which was a nice touch. Toiletries supplied were great and replenished daily. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was very professional and they could not have been more accommodating, offering the use of the pool facilities and change rooms for freshening up before our room was ready.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all very nice.

Great hotel from which to tour the city.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location to tour the city. Staff were very helpful at all times. Our room was a great size and kept very clean. The bedroom furniture, TV and coffee machine were slightly dated. The buffet breakfast had a good cold choice but the hot choice was limited for the additional cost. The rooftop bar was excellent and there were plenty of sunbeds to relax.

Cons:

Room furnishings slightly dated and limited breakfast choice, but for a four star hotel overall this is a great place to stay in the centre of Seville.

Super fein, jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, das Personal super freundlich und das Geschenk des Hotels - eine Flasche Sekt mit einem netten Dankesschreiben ausgesprochen nett !! Besonders zu loben ist die Sauberkeit und das gründliche Aufräumen des Zimmers jeden Morgen.

Cons:

Es hätte uns eine Minibar gefreut und eine bessere abdichtende Dusche. Das Wasser ist unten immer übergelaufen…..das war etwas lästig.

Perfect location,quiet hotel,fabulous room and roof top terrace with pool !
Pros:

The hotel was perfect in every way,from the central location,to large modern room with terrace.The roof top terrace was a great space to relax after a busy day sightseeing,and all the staff were friendly.There was plenty of choice for breakfast with both hot and cold dishes.Reception stored our luggage on our last day,as we had a very late flight home.Finally, the complimentary bottle of bubbly ,as well as welcome drink at the roof terrace,was a lovely touch!

Die Lage ist großartig, das Zimmer angenehm geräumig, die Versorgung z.B. mit Wasser vorbildlich. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
