Excellent value with friendly service and immaculate room
Pros:

Great room, and good restaurant too.. Staff were very friendly particularly Rafa who manned reception and was super helpful.

Great Staff and excellent location
Pros:

Facilities are pleasant and very clean . Room was large with double and single bed .
Good size bathroom .
Staff were very friendly and helpful . Waitress who served breakfast was very friendly and aware of customer needs as she checked all the breakfast items continuously to make sure there was always plenty available.
Lodge in good location for transport into centre of Galway and there was plenty of secure customer parking .

Cons:

This was our second stay in Travelodge in just over month and very satisfied on both occasions. Would certainly stay here again and had no dislikes .

The best hotel welcome we’ve experienced in a long time—friendly, helpful staff who made us feel instantly at home. Spotless hotel

Very happy with the hotel overall; our only minor issue was having a combined shampoo and shower gel instead of separate ones

Excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of plug sockets and mirrors in the rooms. Comfortable beds.

Room temperature was too warm. Towels weren't great quality.
