Pros:

The breakfast was ok, kinda what one would expect from the other Hotels anywhere! Nothing spectacular!

Cons:

More variety in the breakfast selection,there was no shampoo both times in two different rooms, even with three days in between! Apparently the housekeeping staff are not keeping up with resupplying needed supplies in the rooms they attend

Pros:

We were putting in room 103, and it was so musty and the carpet was wet. Then they put us in 105 and the air conditioner ran all night, and it was extremely cold. No extra blanket, we had to turn it off at one point, and turn it on.Very disappointed, and during breakfast they were low on food. But I understand that they only had one person running back in forth to the front desk.

Cons:

Sorry, this goes in the other box, breakfast was good.

Stay Someplace Else!
Pros:

As soon as we entered the room, we smelled a strong, musty odor. There are numerous stains on furniture, paint missing in various places, and a small, crowded sink. When I went to the desk clerk, she offered me air freshener, but that is a temporary fix. I told her the room still smelled, and she said, "No one else who stayed there has complained." She offered us the adjoining room, which of course had the exact same smell. Finally she had us move to a room on the third floor. This room has no TV remote. It has been thirty minutes since we asked for one; we are still waiting.

Pros:

Very dirty, furniture is very old and scuffed, bathroom are from the 1970’s and are in need of GREAT REPAIR. Will not be staying at a comfort suites again

Room for Improvement
Pros:

Booked thru Trivago/Super 1 which showed the place had both a hot tub and a sauna. It had neither, but the manager said their sire is accurate and attempts to fix Trivago's have not yet worked. The pool was way too chilly to use as a substitute. The ice machine on my floor was broken as was the remote for my TV, but I was too tired to traipse to the front desk to try for a fix. Thankfully, the bed slept well and breakfast was decent.

Didn’t stay d/t state of room and no other rooms available per front desk

Nothin, did not get a chance to stay in room.

Cons:

I had my sister check in as she arrived first. She said the room smelled of urine, rotten food, and appeared very dirty. When she complained to the front desk she was told no other rooms. I cancelled the reservation and we booked next door at the holiday in express which was nice and clean. So disappointed as I have booked via your service and reviews were decent at a good price point.
