Good clean apartment. Friendly staff. Very quiet inside the apartment.

Pros:

The room was clean tidy and spacious. The staff on arrival was lovely. The pool is in another hotel something we didn’t know until we asked. The pillows were alittle hard but other than that everything was great. Coffee amenities, fridge, big bathroom, tv. Location pretty good, great value for money.

An unexpected night in town due to flight cancellation
Pros:

Ease of check in and out, really great location -China Town, theatres and easy walk to CBD or light rail if preferred

Cons:

No view and a bit noisy with sliding door open but that is to be expected in this handy/close to town location!

Value for money huge apartment

Cons:

Parking for $50- the car park is terrible. The driveway down three levels is as wide as my car and it was very difficult to navigate without scraping my hubcaps . I won’t park here again.

Why do they take our credit card and we have a pending $200 bond which has not been returned yet and we vacated the place Friday . How long does it take them to check our room and return this fee which is outrageous.

The room is good but maybe I book at the wrong time cause the renovation guys and truck.

Room is clean and spacious. The location is very strategic.

Cons:

Parking space it’s too small and when I show up and leave, the renovation guys truck only give me a small narrow gap to pass. There is only 1 receptionist available when I show up and it takes long time for me to confirm check in cause I’m the third guy on the queue on that day. There are workers who bring in furniture when I show up to the receptionist to check in and they just move the furniture without communicating with me and other guest expecting us to move automatically for them.
