Experiencia amarga.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación.

La ubicación y la vista del lugar son excepcionales, lo que le da un gran valor agregado. Lamentablemente, la experiencia se vio completamente arruinada por la falta de limpieza

Cons:

Pésima experiencia e higiene deficiente.

Pasar la noche en este lugar fue una pesadilla. Al día siguiente amanecimos con severas alergias en cuello, brazos y piernas. Tras acudir al médico, nos confirmaron que la reacción fue provocada por picaduras de chinches.

Lo más preocupante y grave fue que viajábamos con adultos mayores, quienes también sufrieron las picaduras y la molestia afectando su salud. Es inaceptable el descuido en la limpieza y el mantenimiento del establecimiento. Definitivamente no recomiendo hospedarse aquí.

Cons:

Las camas son muy incómodas, almohadas en mal estado, ruido excesivo tanto del personal y huéspedes que no te permiten descansar más allá de las 7 pm. El último día no hubo ni agua caliente. Huéspedes tomando en el estacionamiento.

Mala experiencia y NO recomendable
Pros:

La pantalla no servía, la piscina estaba en mantenimiento, el agua caliente tardó mucho en salir, poco más que agregar. Alguien que no había reservado, contrató en el lugar y le salió más barato que a mi… todo mal

Pues tendré que pensarlo si uso a booking o mejor busco otras opciones, mala elección y mal hotel; de todo a todo

No mencionan que la alberca no esta habilitada, puedes usar la de otro hotel pero esta muy lejos no es factible , no hay ni siquiera un ventilador y hace mucho calor , la almohada era muy incomoda, el baño tenia una fuga de agua , no volvería a hospedarme

Que no estaba limpia la cama, ya que al destenderla habia 2 moscas grandes muertas y la almohada estaba con muchas bolas en el interior y era incómodo dormir
