Es un hotel recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación, a cinco minutos del santuario y con vistas al río, así como la amplitud de los espacios, y el conjunto de las instalaciones, es excelente.
El trato del personal fue muy amable y atento.
Además disponíamos de aparcamiento privado para el coche de alquiler.
La comida era muy buena.

Cons:

Dentro de la habitación, hay un cuarto con el inodoro, que está separado del cuarto de la bañera y el lavabo, lo que resulta incómodo. (Sería preferible que el en el cuarto de baño estuviera todo junto).
Sería preferible que en vez de bañera hubiera ducha, ya que eso facilita el acceso.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, a pesar de que hizo días de mucho calor.
Hubo un error que se repitió dos días, por el que el personal creía que el desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio de la contratación, aunque finalmente fue aclarado.

Grundstruktur des Hotels wäre da, aber es wäre halt an der Zeit, wieder „Frische“ einzubringen

Hotel im Investitionsstau, müsste dringend erneuert werden, Zimmer viel zu klein. Lebt wie alles in Lourdes von den Pilgern, die ja sowieso kommen. Fensterblick geht auf eine Hotelruine eines Hotels, welches offenbar schon seit Jahren geschlossen ist und dem Verfall ausgesetzt ist…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement et tenons à le recommander sans hésitation.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. L’équipe est vraiment attentive, disponible et chaleureuse, ce qui fait toute la différence.

L’hôtel est impeccable : la propreté est irréprochable et les équipements sont de grande qualité, pensés pour que l’on se sente à l’aise immédiatement. Tout est bien entretenu et fonctionnel, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui témoignent d’un réel souci du détail et du bien-être des clients.

En résumé, une très belle expérience, à la fois confortable et humaine. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Accueil plus que succinct
Hôtel à rénover de fond en comble (état des ascenseurs, du sol de la salle pdj, tâches d'humidité au plafond de la chambre...)
Petit-déjeuner médiocre, qualité des produits très mauvaise, pain congelé, personnel plus occupé à parler fort et ranger son tiroir qu'à recharger le buffet vide à même pas 8h du matin

The location is excellent. The food at the restaurant is highly recommended and the staff are very helpful. I would choose this hotel again.

Cons:

Perhaps the breakfast area is a little small for many guests at the same time, but otherwise I have no further comments. Thanks for everything.

The only positive is that the hotel is located at a 6 min walk from the Sanctuary.

Cons:

The carpets were dusty, air-conditioning unit is so dated, old. The room is tight and needs to be done up. There were paper cups in the room, difficult to make a hot cup of tea, there was no milk. When I requested a fan for the room, as it was very musty humid weather, the lady at the reception just refused. Although booking.com showed air-conditioned rooms that's not the case, please be aware not suitable for sensitive skin children as the room felt inadequate, dusty & warm to sleep in.
