It needs an upgrade asap!
Pros:

Good location, river view, quiet.
Good breakfast and very good dinner.

Cons:

Very old rooms and very old bathrooms, they all need an upgrade asap. Only 2 elevators, you have to wait to go up... This is a 3-star hotel at most, the restaurant is the only thing that was at 4-stars.

Great for an overnight in Lourdes
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Witty receptionist. Good location. Easy free parking (for overnight, til 9:00am) across the street.

Buon hotel in posizione perfetta per andare a piedi al Santuario di Lourdes.
Pros:

Ogni volta che vado in pellegrinaggio a Lourdes, soggiorno in questo hotel. Comodo, pulito, e a 5 minuti a piedi dal Santuario. E' gia' la terza volta che vado, e spero di continuare ad andarci ogni qual volta saro' a Lourdes. Appena nella parte alta della via commerciale e turistica, la psizione e' ottima. Staff molto gentile e parlante diverse lingue.

Cons:

Il menu serale per chi fa' mezza pensione per piu' giorni e' poco adatto. Menù con pochi piatti e la proposta e' sempre la stessa tutte le sere. Nel periodo invernale andrebbe migliorato, si sceglie la mezza pensione proprio per non dover uscire la sera a cercare ristoranti alternativi.
Il riscaldamento invernale della camera avrebbe dovuto essere migliore, poco riscaldata e non regolabile.
