Categories

Cleanliness
8.7
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (e.g. 'Schone', 'Netheid', 'propre') and describe rooms as tidy and well maintained.
Service
8.9
Service is frequently called out as friendly and helpful (warm welcome,迅速 assistance returning a left bag, attentive staff). Strong positive sentiment across reviews.
Location
8.9
Many guests highlight excellent location (near the train station, close to old town/centre). A few note the immediate surroundings are less engaging or a short walk to some restaurants, but overall location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and good room size reported by some, but repeated complaints about very small bathrooms, missing bidet, poor sound insulation, occasional darkness and only one lift. These issues pull this rating down.
Amenities
8.2
Amenities are generally positive: on-site/underground parking, EV charging availability, fountain, dog-friendly. Some issues mentioned (AC to improve, fridge temperature control), so overall slightly above target.
Value for Money
8.3
Several reviews explicitly mention good rapport qualité/prix and reasonable parking fees; overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast is frequently praised as 'excellent' or 'very good' in many reviews; isolated comment describes it as average, so overall sentiment is positive.
Overall Experience
7.3
Overall stays are described as pleasant and comfortable by many guests, thanks to location, staff and breakfast; however recurring practical issues (small bathrooms, noise, single lift, AC/fridge temperature) lead to a more modest overall score.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No in-house restaurant so in the evening we had to go out and find a restaurant, fortunately the weather was dry and the receptionist was able to advise some suggestions.
