Il personale era eccezionale, il cane era benvenuto, non ho mai avuto in nessun albergo un trattamento così gentile

Cons:

I prezzi supplementari erano altissimi, ma giusto per un 4stelle. Ma non proporzionato con il prezzo della stanza.

A very pleasant surprise in an unusual location
Pros:

The building and the staff are excellent, as was the breakfast. Also value for money (travelling in February) was also excellent. The evening meal was also good value and put a little "up-market" gastronomic flare on local dishes. Would definitely go again perhaps request a different room. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

My particular room was somewhat difficult to access if carrying bags being up a small spiral staircase. The bathroom could do with updating and generally the room is a little disappointing when compared with the quality of the building. Also I am not a great fan of "discretionary" service charges being put onto a bill and then also including a place on the sign off, for tips. It all comes across too American for me and takes away the good feeling you get of rewarding good service.
