Reception h24 , posizione ottima tra metro, ristoranti e si può raggiungere il centro con una piccola passeggiata .

CLEAN! 10!
Pros:

1. Location - very close to city center, it takes only 10-15min on foot to reach the heart of the city center. It is a very quiet part of town, on a peaceful street, and most importanly there is no outside noise in the evning. There isna well-stocked grocery store just 2min from the hotel, and a pharmacy is locates right across the street. There are alao plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
2. Cleanlines - the accomondation was exceptionally clean! Everything was spotless, from bed linen to the bathroom. Huge compliments to the cleaning staff! The towels are changed every day.
3. Room - the room was spacious enough. Our room had two bathrooms - one with a sink and a shower and the other with a sink and a toilet. It had everything we needed, including hairdryer and a kettle. Coffe and tea were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, as were pillows so we slept really well. Wi-fi was excellent.
4. Staff - the staff were extremly friendly, smiling and positive!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich! Everything was excellent! 10!

Great location!
Pros:

The staff is the best value of the hotel; all of them are fantastic! The rooms are nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The lift is between floors always; you need to use a few stairs. With suitcases, that is not nice.

Excellent Hotel In Munich
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to Marienplatz and local trams and S train station.

Breakfast was beautiful and staff at breakfast were so kind and helpful

Das Zimmer war groß, hell und sehr ruhig(Juniorsuit). Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wurde immer aufgefüllt. Für uns sehr ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Vorhang war nicht richtig zu schließen.

Pros:

Netter Empfang. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück OK. Mein Proviant wurde in der Küche im Kühlschrank untergebracht.

Cons:

Dusche nur für U-180. Keine Klimaanlage. Kühlschrank nicht kühl und auch nicht kühlbar. Lift nur in den Halbstock.
