Pros:

Zona tranquilla, non proprio in centro ma raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Comodissimo il pass dell'hotel per parcheggiare in tutte le vie della zona. Colazione eccellente.

Pros:

La ubicación extraordinaria, cerca del centro y del parque inglés, con buenos restaurantes cercanos.
El personal muy atento.

Cons:

El ascensor es entre pisos: hay que subir o bajar escaleras y no hay ayuda del personal con las maletas.
No hay aire acondicionado, lo cual parece ser lo común en Munchen.

Very happy I stayed at the Hotel Adria.
Pros:

This is a 3 star hotel that really exceeded my expectations. I was in room 501 (or 502..don't remember), My room was huge and had a wonderful view. The windows are the type that open out sideways and from the top too, which I love. The hotel has that old European quirkiness with the small elevator which some find annoying but I find authentic and charming. The front desk staff were always helpful. The location was great, on a quiet street, yet with small grocery shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. For the price this hotel is a winner.

Cons:

Not everyone will have the same experience I did. Some of the rooms face an interior courtyard. So get one with a view! I loved it.
