Good Airport stay
Pros:

This place was great for staying before a flight out of Madrid International...
And weirdly I only heard a plane go.over once.
Also it turns out it was in a lovely residential area of Madrid... was able to walk to a local cafe, and found a walking path.
As an American just remember that lovely residential area means blocky apartment after blocky apartment☺️

Cons:

I know there really is no good way to remodel a hotel and keep open, but the constant construction noise was not so great. Although this is temporary.
The other thing was the air conditioner that was on a cycle of off and on every three minutes.... meaning that there was almost a constant fan starting and stopping noise.

I cannot recommend staying at this property.
Pros:

Room was fairly comfortable. Although we asked for separate beds, the arrangement provided was two single beds pushed together without the ability to separate them due to the headboard and side table configuration.

Cons:

The shuttle from the airport was not located where described. Even after finding the hotel shuttle stop, we waited for over an hour before giving up and taking a taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk clerk insisted that the shuttle was working properly and it was our mistake. Being called a liar was a very unpleasant welcome! Also, the breakfast was not included. Because the location of the hotel is not near any other breakfast options, we were a captive audience.

Good hotel for overnight stay if you need to be near Barajas airport
Pros:

Great location if you have an early flight from Barajas. Shuttle service. Clean and restaurant food was good.

Cons:

In residential area so not much else within walking distance.

Happy with my stay
Pros:

Shuttle to T1 in morning (however 25 euro ride from T4(taxi crooks)).
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Nothing .... it was fine for a night stayover for flight next day

Cons:

Shuttle não funcionou. Chegamos às 10h14 ao ponto Bus Hotel. Não atenderam as chamadas, responderam aos primeiros emails e avisaram que alguém nos iria buscar. Esperamos e enviamos vários emails após, mas deixaram de responder. Esperamos mais de 1 hora até que desistimos e fomos de táxi pagando um extra de 25€.
A reserva era em quarto duplo e para 2 pessoas, mas apenas disponibilizaram artigos de higiene para 1 pessoa. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, sendo que encontramos caroços de cereja em alguns locais do quarto, inclusive no frigorífico.

Great short stay with our family dog
Pros:

- excellent location in leafy suburb
- perfect for airport
- we had our dog with us and were very welcome
- dog bed, bowls and poo bags provided which was unexpected
- staff were good
- swimming pool was welcome to cool down
