Check in slow, 2 desk clerks one goes on break right during check in time. Did not get room we booked ruined our weekend. Room wd git mediocre at best. Even hot tub in hotel closed for maintenance. Worst stay at a best western we’ve ever had.

Perfect stay - only concern was a jettted tub had mold in the jets - never thought it was a good idea to have jetted tubs in hotels as they are impossible to maintain

Premises a little rundown. Door was broken. Key card had to be reprogrammed several times during stay. Staff was very helpful though. Lots of stains, scratches on doors, water stains on ceiling.

First time staying at this property and it was great Ben at the front desk was absolutely amazing so professional, polite we were getting the shuttle to casino Rama and he made sure we got our bands he’s just great anyone at this property I came into contact was actually extremely nice and that’s a big change from some properties I’ve stayed at so way to go team and this even includes the chef he walked by me in from lobby and had a big smile and said hi and how are you today so these little things make a big difference

The hotel was great, room was clean, a/c worked very well. But especially we loved Donna at the front desk. She added the specialness of the hotel. She gave us all sorts of suggestions and was friendly and wonderful! Also, we took her advice to try out the Portage restaurant on premises and LOVED it... try the appetizers, they were amazing!

Fan on a/c in room was very noisy. Neither my wife and I had any sleep. Certainly was not worth the $250 we paid. Did not include breakfast either. Never returning.
