Comfortable, clean, will be my “go to” hotel when staying in that area.
Pros:

Centrally located, clean, friendly staff, well stocked vending machines,smoking area, close ice machines

Cons:

Sitting in the jacuzzi made my eyes burn.
The pillows were too big, wouldn’t flatten out. Maybe offer a couple of different firmness of pillows

Great location for us, visiting family who live within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close, and the Farmers Market right around the corner was a nice bonus. Nice large room with separate sitting area. Pretty good breakfast with hot and cold choices.

Cons:

Thick, hard, uncomfortable pillows. Many hotels have several sizes or types of pillows. These were all the same and very uncomfortable. Constant marijuana smell in the halls and occasionally it came into our room we assume from a neighboring room.
