Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Удобное местоположение — до пляжа спокойным шагом всего 5–7 минут. Завтрак не входил в стоимость проживания, но его можно было приобрести на месте в ресторане за 321 бат, что довольно удобно. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь. Уборка в номере проводилась ежедневно, что также порадовало. В целом комфортный вариант для отдыха и проживания. На фото вид из номера 4236.

Pros:

We were staying here for 7 days. The hotel was a perfect starting point to start trips to Patong, Central Phuket or just the beach. We rented a motorbike for a cheap fee at the reception and the service for that was excellent as well. The hotel itself has everything you need with different pool areas, free nonalcoholic beverages at the reception and a nice restaurant. Special shoutout to Jessica and the rest of the crew for always welcoming us with a big smile and a positive attitude for breakfast. The best way to start your day right. Definitely will be coming back again.

All in all it was a very relaxing stay
Pros:

Location, location, location. Just a block away from the beach. The room was cleaned daily and complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries given.
The Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Taxis or Tuk Tuks across the street if required.
Local buses a short walk away.
Restaurants and markets a short walk away.
It was my Birthday during our stay and I was given a small bouquet of orchids and a fruit platter which was much appreciated.

Cons:

There are a lot of stairs leading to the lift and combined with the Thailand heat and humidity made it difficult for us old folk to walk up. They are uneven and pebbled which inflicted a bad wound on my husband's leg when he tripped up them.
Even though we were on a Non smoking floor, most of the other 5 rooms next to us smoked. We did complain to Reception and they sent a letter to those people but most of the time they kept smoking.
