The breakfast was fantastic, I have stayed here 5-6 times now and it has been 8 years since I have been back and it was great to catch up with some of the old staff again. Fantastic place for a family or couple holiday.
As I am heading for the older years , the stairs to lifts were the only thing I could of done without, but did tone up body.
Good food by chef Cezar and the front desks,especially yvez is so approachable, also all the staff. I gladly recommend it to our friends.
Room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony.
Very near the beach. Resort has 3 pool to choose from, no overcrowding.
Bed was too soft.
Bar at the pool can be improved.. Beer was not cold enough and a hot plastic cup was served together.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful pool view. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the restaurant service was excellent.
One thing I noticed when I came back was that Robert, one of the waiters at the restaurant, was no longer there. I really missed seeing him because he always provided outstanding service during my previous stay. He was friendly, attentive, and made every meal more enjoyable.
Overall, I had another fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Breakfast had lot of items.. but not of good quality .. literally tasteless
Had a good off season discount. Room was comfortable. Breakfast okay for Thai. Beach was a good 5 mins walk. Pool areas were quiet.
Lots of empty trims but we had people above and adjacent to us … personally I would have appreciated an empty room between guests so that inevitably noises were kept to a minimum.. doors closing furniture scraping. Nothing big but the hotel was very quiet and there was plenty of space so surprised to have us all bunched up together
This was one of the best stays I ever had. The property is so amazing with everything you can ask for - great rooms with ocean views, trees, swimming pools, restaurants and bar. And it is 5 min walk to beach and so many cafes around.
The team at the hotel was the primary reason of my excellent stay - a huge thanks to the team from booking , reception, at the restaurant and the cleaners. These guys are the best I have ever met in my years of traveling. They made my stay easy and memorable.
My room was cleaned everyday and it was so neat.

Leider waren mir zuwenig Deutsch und Englischsprechende Gäste im Hotel,mit Denen man sich unterhalten hätte können.
Man hat das Gefühl,es wird von Jahr zu Jahr weniger.
This is my first time staying at the best western phuket ocean resort ,i will recommend it to everybody. The moment you walk in you feel welcome , the staff is very nice , the rooms are clean .And they got a wonderfull restaurant with good fresh food ,you have a lot of options .the staff member john r. is a very kind man he helped me every time i visites the restaurant .i felt very welcome and Comfortable.
