Die Lage und schnelle Anbindung in die Stadt

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und vor allem im Bad,Haare am frischen Handtuch. Zum Glück hatten wir nich ein eigenes dabei.

A deeply unsatisfying experience — rude reception, inadequate housekeeping, and unsafe nighttime noise.

The only positive aspect was simply having a place to stay.

Cons:

We experienced several negative issues during our stay. On 5 December 2025 at 11:00, during our check-in, we were unexpectedly charged an additional €20 for early check-in despite having a two-night reservation, which did not feel guest-oriented. Moreover, the male receptionist on the morning shift who assisted us had a rather rude and harsh communication style, which made our arrival experience unpleasant. We also encountered service problems in the room; towels were not replaced on the second day and the trash was not collected, which was disappointing in terms of housekeeping quality. In addition, there was a serious noise disturbance late at night—around 03:00–04:00 we heard someone aggressively knocking on another room’s door right outside ours, which was both disturbing and concerning from a security perspective. For these reasons, our overall comfort and satisfaction were unfortunately low. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Parkplätze mit Schranke geschützt und ausreichend groß.

Zimmer für eine Übernachtung ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Kleiderbügel und Ablagefächer für Kleidung, so dass auch ein Jackett oder eine Bluse/Hemd faltenfrei aufgehangen werden kann.

Cons:

Das Wasser der Dusche dauert sehr lange, bis es richtig warm wird. Das ist schade, da viel Wasser weg fließen muss, um warm duschen zu können.

Mir persönlich war es etwas zu kalt im Zimmer, trotz Heizung, jeder empfindet anders.

We love Ibis hotels brand generally so we booked this one in good faith.
Parking very large with lots of spaces. Location - close to motorway/ petrol station. Pet friendly.Breakfast ok.

Cons:

The receptionist from that evening!1* We don't know his name but he really need training. Very bored, rude with some customers, unprofessional.saying his shift is ending in 15 min so he was unwilling to help .The night was quite busy with people coming in and he was just unhappy that he need to check in all of us.... He was also dealing with the bar - but everything we and other people asked it was replying - i don't know, I don't drink from prices to types of drinks. You should know , you selling them. They are part of your job. Very dissapointing.
